The location was understaffed, very difficult to enter and exit and maneuver within the confines of a tight storage center. Staff was friendly, competent and courteous, but one person was insufficient to service the customer load in a timely manner.

Had an agreement on price. Returned vehicle with exact amount of cash and in same cleanliness as received. Was charged an extra $137. I was only one there upon return. The person could have inspected the vehicle but said all good and I left. I called and asked why the additional charge and was told I would receive a response within 2 days. It has been 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever.

This location was severely understaffed. There were only two employees who were overwhelmed both when I arrived to pick up as well as when I arrived for drop-off. I'm certain that the workload is known in advance by bookings so staffing should be scheduled accordingly. When I arrived to pick up, there were to other individuals waiting in line simply to make purchases of packing materials. The woman in front of me stated that she had been there for over 20 minutes. I would have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot to purchase those supplies (and likely been cheaper). This location needs help!

MY Auto Transport had a flat tire when I picked it up. The employee added some air and told me it should be ok. After a couple of hours driving the tire went flat again. We had to unload the car as we were in the mountains of North Carolina and drive it to Knoxville to get fixed. It delayed our trip by a few hours.

The invoice I received after dropping the vehicle off using the key drop box was incorrect. I was overcharged. I have submitted a claim and am waiting on a response.

Pulled in to drop off equipment and there was a line of four trucks with no one in them sitting in a line in front of a gate. We parked behind them, and then two more people came to drop off trucks and there was no room. Not sure if they were just understaffed or if it was a terrible system having a gate preventing people from pulling in far enough, but the guy running the check in inside then had to leave that to go move all the trucks.

The only way i could get a fair rate was through the national number. The national number was helpful and gave me a rate that made me be able to rent. Pineville was always high and got higher...not fair

I didn't realize how tight the mileage was to my destination. As a result, I was charged extra for additional mileage. I don't understand how a company thar knows where you are going does not allocate enough mileage. This experience really felt like a "gotcha" pay me more. Not the best experience.

Arriving to pick up our truck and being told " sorry we don't have a truck for you" after being called by uhaul the day before with a confirmation kicked off our experience. After many phone calls we got a truck 3 hours late The person at this location was terrible with no customer service skills at all The 800 number was actually good and resolved issue We had no left hand turn signal on car trolley which was super dangerous And a driver flagged us down because uhaul at Lancaster didn't attach one of our front tires properly to trolley !!!!! A trucker at a truck stop helped us attach properly thank god. We could have killed anyone traveling behind us!!! Maybe uhaul should hire some proper employees and retrain for customer service and safety!!!

Check to make sure there really is 3/4 tank of gas. My father took a picture that it was below at half a tank. We filled it back to that. They charged us a 39 dollar fee. I also over heard them charging a sweet lady for not sweeping out their truck. Scammers!

I submitted a request to add 2 sets of furniture pads to my rental on 7/18. Confirmation 295FB61E. They did not have record of this at the time of my pickup which was ok as I told them to add those to the contract. It was my understanding that when I used the online store to purchase moving supplies, those are mine to keep. When I did not return the pads at the end of my rental, since I had purchased and not rented, I was charged $72 for missing equipment. That is entirely too much and outrageous. U-Haul owes me $72 for charging me for supplies that I had already purchased from their store. I will not be using this store again.
