The people who helped me were knowledgable and had good attitudes. Others kind of slouched around, but maybe it is a tough job sometimes. But the 3 people who leased, loaded, unloaded were great.

I reserved a 15’ van on last Monday for this past Sunday. I was delayed at work, so my son went to pick up the truck for us. They switched him to a 17’ truck and mileage went from .79 per mile to .99 per mile. Upon returning the truck yesterday, I informed the clerk that I wanted the charge on my credit card instead of my sons card. She told me she would handle it, but last night he called me and told me UHaul charged his card too.

I did everything online and set it up and gave payment details, but still had to go through all questions and answers at the counter. I tried to check online app, but that requires you to be at location, whats the point, i can walk upto counter! I have given all details online, my credit card, my DL, then why go through all verification process. It took me more then 20mins for the process! It was sad!

They estimated the gas at 3/8 of a tank which I felt was an overstatement as it was just above 1/4 tank. I returned it with more gas than I got and I was charged for gas at the destination. I recommend you take a picture with your phone of the gas gauge as there appears to be an issue with U-Haul in this regards.

Understaffed; waited 30 minutes to return the vehicle. I was charged $45 in gas for 44 miles worth of driving (that seemed exorbitant)...4 miles to the gallon for a 15’ truck? Lesson learned thank you very much!

I rent frequently from this location and I would rather rent from here than drive farther down the road. My last experience was not great though. I picked up the trailer on a Sunday and tried to park in the customer parking lot, but it was full due to both customers and employees parking in there. I then found a spot to park, went inside and waited in line. I was then asked to move my car because a uhaul truck needed to go through. I moved my car into the customer parking lot where there was still no spots, went back into the store and had to re-wait in line where 4 people had moved ahead of me. It would have been nice to have someone say, she was already waiting, we are going to help her next. I would strongly suggest doing something about the customer parking or having the employees park somewhere else, so there is enough room for the customer parking. Thank you!
