The customer service and ease of rental were excellent. Truly above expectations. BUT the equipment was disgustingly dirty. Clearly, there is no COVID cleaning, or any cleaning.HECTOR G.
We had a 2 hour delay in our trip thanks to having to drive all the way back home to get a simple wrench to tighten the ball hitch? (we were amazed that the Uhaul did not have one for its customers since they are renting hundreds of trailers a month!). Also they (not us) scheduled the pick up and drop off times, and ended up charging us a whole extra day (despite returning the trailer before closing time on the day it was due). Lastly when we asked THREE times if we needed to bring anything with us for the trailer pick up, and told them we would be buying the trailer hitch from them, they said NO! This would have been the perfect opportunity to instruct the customer of the hook up process, and to bring a wrench! Also they said the purchase of a 2" ball and wire set was $24.99-$34.99, and they charged us over a $100! Very upset with the whole process overall.JAMES D.

Slow. Opened at 9 had entrance blocked for over 30 mins. Front desk clerk was not helpful when provided the 24/7 app for key retrieval told me to wait in line. Total experience today was horrible!Kailen M.
Did not have the moving pads we requested upon delivery so we had to go to another location to get them. Then it turned out there were some in the back of the truck as well as a dollyjoseph B.
One of the staff member, she was rude. When I asked a sincere question about what is covered by insurance, instead of answering she got wild. After tolerating her for some time, I told her you are being rude with your customer. She got even more angry and said she has a recording of conversation on her phone and walked out! How come you keep such people ? I switched to another rep. She took care of me well. Equipment is nice. Facility is children and nice.
