It was not explained to me that I had to do several stuff for late drop off. They charged me $22 for after hours drop off. More than the rental itself. Had to call support and they explained me that I needed tu take a pic and go online and upload. But was not explained to me prior to my rental.

My experience was horrible from the beginning. Was told not to reserve a truck just come back we have plenty. Well they didn’t! Got a smaller truck for 2 days on the first day hot and text message I had to have it back by 11 that night. Then they charged me an extra day. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

The change to having a customer try and match the gas levels (vs leaving with a full tank) is a joke. It is well understood you do this in hopes of charging a customer for gas if they bring it back below the level required or perhaps the customer overfills so they don’t get charged. Win / win for Uhaul, lose/lose for the customer. Makes me want to not use Uhaul in the future.

The check in process on the app and online was slow and did not work. The staff was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I will not rent from this location again. They lost the keys to the truck I turned in and then tried to charge me an extra day even though I turned the truck in early.

WE HAD A MINOR ACCIDENT AT THE LOCATION WHEN THE TRAILER SLIPPED OFF THE BALL AT MY TRUCK WHEN WE WERE LOADING THE DISABLED TRK AND THE TONGUE DROVE INTO MY TAILGATE AND BUMPER DAMAGING MY TRUCK. I CALLED UHAUL AND REPORTED THIS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A FORM TO FILL OUT TO MAKE CLAIM. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FORM TO MAKE CLAIM. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS SO WE CAN MOVE ON.

The girls working the front desk weren’t welcoming/friendly at all. Both when we picked up and dropped off the truck they all seemed as we were a bother to them. It was very uncomfortable. It would just be nice to treated as if we weren’t an inconvenience for you. I would never want to make a customer feel like that at my job.
