Scammers. Do NOT rent from this people. The truck was dirty inside when it was rented. I took a video before and after. It was returned exactly same condition. Upon returning the vehicle, they wouldn't come outside to check the vehicle to close the return. The store had any customers at all. They said I'll get your final bill in email. I left trusting the people running the store will be honest. They charged cleaning fee $25. Now, I'm spending my own precious time on calls trying to fight for this scam. This is their trick... !!! Rent from UHAUL retail locations.

Had the truck booked for 8am Got notification the keys not left in pick location, store didn't open until 9:30. U-Haul telephone person very off hand with me. Truck cab full used gloves and garbage, smelled of smoke.Very dirty.

Better communication on the pickup process.
My issue is not with the rental pickup location but with the mobile check in process. It took over an hour to complete as your system would not process the images taken for drivers license through the app, which I was told by a customer service rep was the only way to check-in. Finally I switched to web browser on my phone and it worked but it was still extremely slow. I was outdoors and had a full wifi signal so the issue was not on my end. As you can imagine, losing an entire hour before even starting my move was extremely frustrating and set our day back. The live chats were also extremely slow to respond and not helpful, my husband ended dup having to call in on his phone to your line. Then at the end the code to unlock the keypad on the truck didnt work. Your browser gave me a number to call when that happens which was not in service. I will never use this method to pick up and potentially never use uhail again. Extremely dissatisfied.
Specify that the code to unlock the truck is for the truck itself not the key drop off
When pre checked in, have paperwork ready so just need to sign contract and go
I loved the location and the staff working there were very very helpful, HOWEVER, the online mobile check in / pick up was absolutely appalling. There were no alerts on my app that told me there was an issue verifying - even though I had verified the information weeks prior. THEN, I had to go on the phone and wait for 18 +. minutes only for me to find out that it was all approved, yet again, the app didn't alert me. I could've been on the phone for 30+ minutes without knowing. This cut into my reservation time by 45 or more minutes. I should be credited bacK, at the VERY least, $50

The check in process was long and annoying. The process involved a series of apps that weren't working and were time consuming
I did express check in. Got an email to confirm express check in is completed, simply go pick up keys by showing ID. I got there and took me 40 minutes before I was able to walk out with keys Total disappointment Wasted so much time Truck was covered in snow with no snow brush Complete mess I should really get at least 50% discount for so much hassle

Smaller location but it was very handy for me since I was going out in Pickering after dropping off the truck. Love that you can pick and drop off at different location. Minimizes time and mileage,
Why did it turn out to be so expensive?? Quite different from the advertisement!! I was ripped off.

Don't ask me to sign up online beforehand then do it all over again at the location especially at a location with no cell signal or wifi. It takes too long. Why not have one of your people try to use your ineffective system yourselves so you can see what you are putting your customers through. Total bull !!
