I found my experience quite easy and very user friendly. It was good and the location was perfect as it was in my neighbour and easily accessible. I think U Haul should set up more neighbourly locations such as the one I went to, so that people do not have to drive far to find one or use another provider. It was great for me. Yep, more small neighbourhood Locations are great

the guy was late, he didn't know what he was doing, i was waiting 3/4 hr and got nowhere he took copy of my lic and card because it was geting late and other people were going to look at the motorcycle well because we were late we lost the motorcycle it got bought by someone eles

I was not able to leave my car on site - not even for 2 hours as I rented a ten foot truck, even though there was lots of space when I got there and when I dropped off. This was an inconvenience.

The space was very tight and unacceptable for use as an amatuer trailer driver. The spaces were all taken and I had to hand move the trailers to make spot that I could back into. It was also a busy convience store so I had to wait almost 10 times for cars to go in and out while backing in. This should not be a drop off site.

Future customers should be advised, that the operator of this U-Haul location does not allow you to park your personal vehicle at this location. Keep that in mind if you choose to rent a van or truck from here, that you will need someone to come with you when you pick up and drop off. Very inconvenient, and makes little sense, seeing as your vehicle would be occupying the spot that is being vacated by the equipment you are renting.

The vehicle was not clean, had food and old dirty used gloves in the door compartments. There were broken cardboard box in the drivers cab and the rear had dirt and small gravel that damaged our furniture. The recording of the milage was not accurate, the document showed 5 km less that the actual and the gas tank was not half as indicated so ending with me paying for the agents mistake.(deliberate?)

Unfortunately there was a technical issue when I arrived and it took me nearly half an hour to get the paperwork signed. I was shown where the truck was and sent off to go pick it up, not very professional.

You can get a driver to take the truck to the nearest pickup point for the customer I was in Scarborough, my pickup point was at Kennedy and I had was to went all the way to Pickering. That was too far.

This was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Customer service on the phone was really rude even though my reservation was changed without notifying me. Then I got sent to this store, their system was down, waited for 45 minutes, didn’t get a printed contract. They gave me the van, didn’t let me park my car in the plaza (the worst thing about having a rental dealer location). I dropped the van off, they didn’t give me a receipt, because their system was still down even I came back after 6 hours. THE EMAILED ME A RECEIPT, BUT OVER CHARGED BY 21 KILOMETERS. Now I have to email them back telling them to reimburse my money back. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Truck wasn't in proper location. Hassled to return it shortly after picking it up two hours later then scheduled. Terrible experience.

I rented a truck and a dolly from this location. I went to the location finished the paperwork, I was handed the keys and I left. Upon reaching home I realized the dolly wasn't there. I called the location and inform them that I am not seeing the dolly. They told me to come back for it because I should have picked it up on my way out. I replied and told him, I wouldn't know if you hadn't told me because I am of the assumption that the dolly would have been in the vehicle. He told me to come back for it. I mentioned that that's not possible for me to drive all the way back to retrieve the a dolly which is gonna cost me more. He told wouldn't charge me to return for the dolly so I can come and pick it up. Upon returning the vehicle everything was charged to my account. I called to seek redress for the mileage and I was treated the most despicable way to the point the individual hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation. They promised to call me back on conversations and they never did. When I call them and ask why was I promised a call back and didn't receive one they didn't even have the kind courtesy to apologize they just ask what was your problem Sir. I called at 5:55pm after I was promised a call back and they told me they can't speak with me now because the place closed at 6pm. I wouldn't even recommend my enemy to go there.

The owners of this location are excellent folks and a pleasure to deal with. I wish they had more trucks available but it is a small location.
