I reserved two furniture dolly's, two utility dolly's and 24 blankets with my order and none were provided. I had to run around town to other U-Haul locations to find a single furniture dolly so I could complete my move.

One person said they did not accept U-Haul but the other personnel person did say this was the correct place. U-Haul contacted me several times about where we dropped it off as the place was closed Sunday and Monday. We had dropped it off on Saturday. Not sure this is a good place for drop-offs.

Millie GTerrible experience.. ran me in circles to 3 different locations saying they didn't have the truck that I reserved a week prior to picking it up. The last location wasn't open until 11 am and we had reserved truck for 9:30 am..So an hr. Of our time and gas was spent running around. The truck was parked outside the location overnight with a lock box key retrieval ..I had to redo my reservation again on app. which was tedious and frustrating..got to end and said agent checking contacts then said OOPS! Something went wrong. So frustrated and hot in Phx. Az. We waited until employees showed up. I also called U-haul and talked to a rep that helped me get through the reservation app and simultaneously the employee helped open the key box and took us over to a dirty truck. Said he checked for damage and that it was secured in back with a zip tie. I looked and it was halfway opened. It appeared that some homeless person was inside and possibly pissed all over the floor of the truck. The employee then said he would go and get a mop and clean it up. Then came right back and said hid boss told him that wasn't their job to do that so refused to clean it. I asked for the mop so i could do it and they refused to assist me with it. I told them fuck it and left with the truck. Cleaned it up myself when got to my destination.
