The keyless entry did not work and the store was closed. We called Uhaul and stayed on hold over an hour. When we finally reached someone, the call was dropped. My husband found a way to call the owner of the store who told him there was a mistake, and instead of 7 pm on our requested day, the truck would be ready at 7 am the next morning. Mu husband and I were very upset, tried to call Uhaul again, and never made a connection because we waited on hold again for almost an hour. We decided we would make our move work the next morning. The next morning, my husband WALKED again to the store. On the way, I received an email stating our reservation got canceled. I called my husband panicked. Of course when my husband arrived, the promised keys were not there and the store was closed. There were also homeless people sitting in the cab of our Uhaul as the truck had not been locked. I called Uhaul and sat on hold. My husband called the owner again, and they said an employee was supposed to call us, but never did. Finally my husband got the keys and the truck. My husband said it smelled horrifically and there was trash in the truck, but at least we got it. AFTER my husband walked back, the phone call to Uhaual finally connected. My husband asked to speak to a supervisor. After being put on hold again, a very rude women took his call. As he was telling her our story, she hung up on him. I am livid at Uhaual's lack of customer service, efficiency, and any business sense whatsoever.

Employee should check with other employee who authorizes extended time on rental contract before calling customer and telling him that he can not do that on the day of return.

the guy that handed me the keys over charged me and he charged me for items that was not mine left in the truck by whom ever was in it after i dropped it off about 8 or 9 pm

I believe this location was co-located with Big Box. Area was not organized. Although the rep was nice.

The van provided was disgusting had cigarette ashes, a quarter tank of gas, an open bottle of vodka in the passenger door, a cigarette but in the rear. The check in took 15-20 minutes and only one staff member available to do it by shouting for them.

Don't changed the appointment time an hour and 15 minutes after 30 minutes of me trying to pick up the truck using the share truck feature, and then try to tell me it is due back by the time it would originally be if it was picked up at its original time. I am quite pissed at this and will be leaving bad reviews where I can

This location is a furniture store; I was originally scheduled to pick up at another location a mile or so away but they called and said no truck was available and I gave them two weeks notice. However, the representative at the store was not there, I had to call and he was in a traffic jam. Had to wait 30 mins. Late kick-off for me.

personnel was scrutinizing every little scratch and ding on truck in attempt to try to blame fault on me for pre existing insignificant blemishes and also attempted to charge for the extra miles that occurred for picking up at Grant rd location vs green valley my original online choice close to my home.

I got charged for an extra day when I shouldn't have and U Haul Representative didn't know what to do to fix it. After waiting for too long I just decided to pay the extra 30 bucks. Horrible experience.
