The truck turned off on us twice, the ac didn't work and the woman at the snappy (Blanca) left a really bad taste in my mouth when she became rude over the phone and told me that my she didn't care about my concerns and would charge my card a penalty fee either way. All I wanted was a explanation, I wanted. Little customer service and she made me feel like I was robbed. After the fact, I figured out the charges ON MY OWN but her attitude was horrible. Will never do buisness here again and I still have one more move coming up. I would rather pay more elsewhere.

Parts of my order were missing. I needed an appliance dolley and put it in my reservation. when I left the faculty the dolley was not in vehicle. I called facility and was told I could go back for it.

paid a drunk guy 4 beers to clean it out. cab was not clean, windshield was terrible. very sketchy location. I would not take my wife there

Let the customer know if you park your car and leave it until you returned the truck your car will be towed. 30 minutes into my drive I got a call from the store. "Um, did you leave your car, yes I did, you need to come get it in 30 minutes or you will be towed. Why you didn't me this before I left? Not I have to turn around waste gas time and money and get my car before it gets towed.

Overall I am very satisfied with this location; however, it was not my first choice or the location I was guaranteed to have my pickup at. I had to go there since my equipment was not available at my chosen location when I was promised. I was promised the $50 credit for your guarantee, however that has not happened. Overall I'm very dissatisfied with Uhaul, but not with the location I rented from.

I reserved a utility dolly, yet that location does not have them. I was not able to move the piano without it. All equipment needs to be at the location prior to accepting the reservation.

Yes, it was unfortunate that I had to drive about 5-6 miles out of my way to pick up a 10 foot box truck. When I have a Uhaul facility right around the corner. It cost me a about $10 more just to pick up and deliver the truck.

I reserved my truck online for 3 pm. When I went to pick it up, the man at the counter was rude. Said that they did not conduct uhaul business between 2:30 and 5 pm and I shouldn't have reserved the truck online. I needed to come back later. I called customer service and received excellent assistance. However, when I returned to the store to get my truck, they practically threw the keys at me. It was not a pleasant experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Truck was not ready at the reservation time but I was not informed until minutes before I was supposed to pick it up, causing major scheduling problems for me. I reserved for 3 days, paid for 3 days but was told I only reserved for 1 and was charged an extra 2 day overage. I rented in-town but was charged one way. I put less than 100 miles on truck and was charged for 190 miles. The customer service at the pick-up location at a dumpy liquor store was absolutely horrible and the follow-up with U-Haul phone support was equally bad. Never will I rent from U-Haul again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!

I flew into Phoenix and U-Haul had my reservation at Snappy. My intentions were to move my mother-in-laws items from her home in Cottonwood, AZ to Missouri. When we saw what was to be moved, it was decided to have an Estate Sale instead. I returned the rental truck to a U-Haul location in Cottonwood, AZ, and after paying over $1,100 in advance (at Snappy Convenience), I expected a refund less one day rental and the 98 miles we drove the truck. over 30 days later, we have not received any refund. This is not setting well with me. Maybe my thoughts about using U-Haul will change WHEN I get my refund.

It took approximately 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I got the keys, the interior of the truck was filthy and the tank was half full. Not to mention the neighborhood was so unsafe they had bulletproof glass at the cashier counter. Unacceptable.

HORRIBLE!!!! I reserved the 26ft truck july 11th the confirmation sent to my email stated that I was to pick up my truck at 8am 8/6 and if I needed to cancel or make changes to contact by the 5th I get to the uhaul place at 8am I am told by Daniel c. That because they called ME to confirm and I didn't answer that they didn't have the truck... I said I wasn't aware I needed to confirm my confirmation I thought that's what I did online.. Then Lynn told me that well a lot of people reserve and never show up I said ok but that's not my fault I reserved it online and now I'm here they didn't have a truck so they called the snappy convinient store on 7th street and they said I could go pick it up there but I said that's further from me and you charge per mile which is why I ordered it HERE then Daniel said they would give me a 50 dollar credit to go towards my rental and Lynn confirmed that and said it would apply when I brought the truck back and that it was noted in their system to discount it but when I brought the truck back the lady called the Laveen location and then Daniel c said no that I would get a check in the mail or a gift card... I asked for the phone number to a supervisor as I didn't have time to deal with it all then because I was moving hence me renting a uhaul.... He gave me the number and after I asked the lady at snappy how do they know where to send the gift card?! I'm moving and she looked and told me the address they had was an old address not even my current one so I will have to call Monday to give them my updated address... But this has been the absolute worst experience I've had with uhaul and not only would I not recommend that store I would warn others not to!
