Truck was dirty. Truck pick up took hours our labor era left and had to hire new helpers to load truck. Running lights not working and was stopped by police no ticket but more lost time as truck was inspected by police. Horrible experience.
I have NO PROBLEM with any of the PICK UP OR DROP OFF LOCATIONS. THEY WERE GREAT! AND FRANKLY SAVED THE REGIONAL OFFICE/CALL-CENTER/WEBSITE STAFF'S BUTTS fixing all of their mistakes. I have a real problem with Uhaul online and call-centers. Had constant problems with getting the pick up locations set (the pick up location kept moving and ended up being in an entirely different location that what I was confirmed the day before.) I had to call 4 different times to correct mistakes and still there were mistakes in the actual order. I never received furniture blankets that I ordered and had to make a stop and buy new ones to protect my furniture. Totally inconvenient and expensive. 2 of the 5 calls I made to the call center the representatives sounded like they were high on weed and inept. My experience was as if no one's computer worked and when they made a change nothing got communicated to the pickup or drop off locations. Uhaul - take my advice. You've got a great business model going with connecting movers to the system, but if you don't figure out your internal structure and communication strategies some other competitor in the moving sector is going to wipe you out. Figure it out. If I spend the time to fill out all the details online, those details should be clearly communicated and sufficiently delivered to the independent affiliates so I the customer and the location manager don't have to write it all up again as if I never spent an hour doing it in the first place and they should have the opportunity to have all the right gear when I come to pick up! Seriously, figure it out.
I was charged 3 times on my credit card and have not been able to have the issue resolved in a timely manner. Also had to go to a different location to collect boxes which I had prepaid for
great service , great people , yes it took a little long but there is not too many options on open sunday , so for me it was great thank you

It took an hour to take the uhaul back where the was a place 10 minutes away. So it cost me more gas to put in the truck. Plus I rented from Thursday and took it back the next day on Friday but was charge for 3 days. What a rip off. Cost me in gas and charged for an extra day. This has NEVER happened to me. I will NEVER use uhaul ever again.
I was very confusing first time having to drop this off not being a normal U haul location as it was not explained to me when I picked the truck up??
The young woman that assisted me started out with a warning to me that my vehicle would be towed if it was left on the lot during the time i was renting the truck . She was short and spoke very fast to me. When I returned the truck I believe I was over charged in the miles driven. i just handed over the keys and their was no inspection of the truck. I had left it in the condition I received it with the 1/2 tank of gasoline and clean. In the future if I use your i will not want to get it from this location. She appeared that I was annoying her.
Get friendlier and more attentive workers. They were very rude at this location. Will not go there again

I had a confirmed truck pick up time for 9 am and when I got there, I was told that the clerk who does the "U-Haul" wouldn't be in until 10 am. As a result of that, I lost an hour of valuable time and my moving crew had to wait over 35 minutes before they could start loading. In addition, the clerk did not ensure that I received the 24 furniture pads that I ordered and In my rush I forgot to ask for therm. So I had to go back to that U Haul (Movers delayed again waiting for pads) only to discover they only had 9 furniture pads in the whole place. So I then had to find another U-Haul place to get furniture pads. I will never do business with Snappy again and would not recommend them, It was a horribly, disappointing experience!
I rented a U-Haul from there they told me one price got the insurance had it for a day called them for an additional day n didnâ€™t even keep it for the whole day I turn led it in n they charged me 100$ witch they put a 100$ hold on my credit card n said it it wasnâ€™t going to charge me that price and at the end of it all they did....smh??????????????????...never again.....
That facility was/ had no knowledge on how to check in a customer. I waited for over an hour past check in to have some one finally help me. Very disappointed. Team me pretty much behind schedule by 2 hours.

I used the self checkin/out which was great. The only problem I had was the ignition not working properly. Once you stick key you had to turn it several time before it turn on almost as if it was locked. So hopefully someone will fix problem. Thank you
The only reason I did not give this survey a 5 star Excellent rating was because the ramp was missing. We had to pull the appliances up on the truck with the dolly and no ramp. Made it very difficult!
The truck had trash in the cab when I picked it up. The clerk wrote up the wrong truck, at first causing the process to take over half an hour. When I dropped off the truck, the clerk tried to double charge me and would have successfully double charged me, if I had another hundred dollars in my account. All in all, this was a terrible experience. If my experience with this uhaul store is indicative of how uhaul does business, I will be recommending that everyone I know use Ryder. This experience was a perfect zero.
The truck that I rented had an issue with the ignition switch making the vehicle hard to start and the door panel on the driverâ€™s side was loose making closing the door difficult
The customer service wasnâ€™t very great . There was a lot of confusion among pick up charging for about an hour I didnâ€™t use . Do to the confusing the code to the lock wasnâ€™t given to me causing more time I was paying for , to call and get the code . It wasnâ€™t the most pleasant experience
