This was not a pleasant experience for us. The first employee that reserved our car hauler was great(Larry), when we went in today (4-24-17), to pick it up it was quite another story. Larry was not there and the employee that helped us was not very well trained. It was actually a horrible experience for us. I felt we were talking different languages and it was both English. So what you need to do is to train your employees better.

Was double charged for insurance, went from $14.00 to $28.00. Called the Uhaul I picked the truck at and was told i had to come and see the manager. He finally said "well maybe I could talk to Customer Service", I was then disconnected. Called back and was transferred to customer service again and was told they would credit me back the $14.00 i was owed do to someone double charging me. Way to much time spent on this.

We reserved a 26 ft truck online to be picked up on Feb 26, 2017 at 9:00. We arrived and they didn't have a truck for us. In the meantime we had movers arranged to meet at our house at 9:15 am. At $90 a hour. We were told that dispatch said that they were out of that size truck but we could rent a 20ft truck (smaller) at the same price $125.22 and could also rent a pickup truck for a additional cost of $56.93 which includes extra mileage and additional gas costs. With the delays with uhaul trying to figure out what to do, this move cost us an additional $146.93 not including getting another driver for the pickup. By the way, this reservation was made on Feb 13th and confirmed and again the moving date was Feb 26th. Plenty of time to have a reserved truck ready for us.



The people that work there were just wonderful my moving was a very stressful occasion and they helped me in every way possible to make sure that I ended up with the stress free move. Everybody was very accommodating to me even when I had to change the location of the pick up is three different times



The staff was so very helpful and suggested ways to make the move easier!



The service and people were great friendly and very helpful if I ever need to move again certainly going back to this location great service !!!

I used my heavy duty blue dolly in addition to the uhaul dolly for this move. I left the blue dolly in the back of the uhaul upon return and called the location to retrieve it weeks later; however, they claim it is not there. I would like to file a claim for this missing dolly.
