I've used budget trucks in the past and never had any issues. My grandpa, who drove the truck and has driven many uhauls in the past, complained right away, before we even put anything in it, that the truck bed was very noisy. As its great that the bed is low for loading purposes the wheel wells made it difficult. Also there was no ramp which would have been more helpful than a low bed. All that being said however, the customer service was ?? ?? and I didn't have any issues obtaining the vehicle or dropping it off. Thank you for your service.

Funny you should only ask such stupid questions. Clerks can be courteous yet still not be efficient or knowledgable. And a clean store doesn't help me either. My last contact was with a lady who was assuring me that my issues would be taken to someone who cares. Do you think I received a call ??? HELL NO... YOU GUYS DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT CUSTOMERS, OR THE INCONVENIENCES THEY GO THRU BECAUSE OF INCOMPETENT CLERKS ON YOUR END. I NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP CALL, AND WILL ADVERTISE A BAD REPUTATION THAT U-HAUL DELIVERS..

Well the company is very professional and courteous. I like the fact that your company is finally starting to prorate a little bit on the rental they provide for us and if you want to improve on anything for customer at least half of the customers really need a break

I was pleased with the location I rented the truck from, but this was not the original location I was supposed to receive my truck rental. The location on N 84th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 I was supremely disappointed with. I showed up on time to pick up my rental, waited for 25 minutes before I was assisted then told my rental wasn’t available. I was informed the scheduler had booked the truck at the wrong location. Then was told I would receive a Reservation Guarantee because the truck was not available and I wasn’t notified beforehand. I was told I would receive this and could pick up the truck I needed at a location over 10 miles away. I have yet to receive a credit for $50 to my credit card used for this rental, but of course was charged the full $70 for my rental immediately upon return. I would like to be notified as to the status of the $50 reservation guarantee that I should receive based on what I was told and what is stated on the UHaul website.

The van I rented was dirty. The windshield was covered in dead bugs. I didn’t mind as I did call the day before for the rental. Here was the real problem. The van smelled like wet dog. There was dog hair in the back of the van. None of this was noticeable until I stated to load my items. My allergies kicked into high gear and I had to drive the entire day with the windows down due to the smell of dog in the AZ heat. Honestly it was the worst experience I have had with this location. The past dealings have been great so this was just one bad experience. This van missed several quality control checks. Again I appreciate providing me with a van. But I should have left this one there. Not up to the standards I expect from this location. I mentioned this upon returning it so there was an opportunity to address it.

I have reached out twice via email about getting a refund for the fee for the car tow/trailer i dif not use. The guy at that uhaul said it was removed BUT it has not been removed! Its been a week that I’ve been waiting for a refund of 59 bucks! So no this wont be a good review.

This was a package 2 day rental. I returned the truck at 9 AM on the second day to the 16226 N. 32nd street location. They didn't log it in till after 2 pm thus charging me for an extra day. No need to use UHaul in the future if they pull stuff like this.

First I received a call from max at the store. Supposedly my information was list. Had to give it all back to Max again. Then I true to call to say I was running late and I was told after holding for eternity that I had until 7pm. I didn't deserve that kind, I reserved until 2pm. Then when I dropped the trailer off, Christian told me my total bill was 45 dollars and some change. Then I check my bank account and there are two charges to my Debi card. One for $ 39.70 and one later in the day for $39.71. Will someone please call me about the discrepancy.
