i was not able to pick up the trailer at this location due to issues with my lights for the trailer not working correctly. I had rented a trailer at the Bell and Grand ave location a few weeks prior to renting this one and during that rental the wires were allowed to drag on the ground and they ended up shorting my wires for my car which was not known to me till I tried to use them again. After being sent to location after location to get the wiring repaired, which was under warranty I was about to give up when on my own I stopped by the 67th ave and Bell location where a young man who handles wiring his name was Isaac Carrasco. without the help of this dedicated employee I would have never made it out of town that day. He also arranged for me to pick up a trailer at the cave creek and loop 101 location since the place listed at the top of the page had already closed for the day. HIs quick thinking and hard work got us out of town that day after every other uhaul dealer I had seen that day including the ones that damaged my wiring and the ones on 91st and Bell rd that installed it would do nothing to assist me in getting any kind of help that day or any day soon. So my hat goes off to Isaac for making my trip begin with renewed good thoughts about U-Haul and not the bad ones I had dealt with all day prior to stopping in to find one of your best employees. I hope he gets the kuddos he should for all his hard work and renewing my faith in U-Haul in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took over 30 minutes just to get the truck and I had a reservation and the checked in and everything. Didn't get the place by my house and ended up having to pick up the truck in some ghetto shop. The truck was a piece of crap. Mirror was held together by electrical tape. The seat was caved in so bad you couldn't sit properly which in turn made it hard to drive safely. The a.c. worked only half the time. And the engine had a bad ticking noise. Overall a horrible experience.

The gentleman who checked me in did not correctly verify the fuel level and charged me almost $20 extra. He said there was 2/8ths less than the gauge showed.

Have a better computer system experience. They were honest with me about everything. I went to the location on I-17NDUNLAP The manager tried ripping me off with me leaving him a $100 deposit fee on top of the cost. I don't do business deals with thieves!!!

the overall wait time for our reservation, from a different Phoenix location was 1-2 hours total. We waited in the office, for over an hour for the owners to figure out their computer issues, without any explanation of what costs to expect, until I questioned I total amount that was about to be charged to my credit card. I did not feel informed whatsoever, and my packing day was wasted by hours, because of their own internet issues. Also, at least 30 minutes were wasted when, after searching over the entire moving truck for ANY marks or dents, it was discovered, while confirming the mileage as correct, that we weren't even looking at the correct truck !! I then had to wait for the owner to go back, get the correct paperwork, and keys. Then take the wrong truck back to it's location, and bring out the correct truck, which took at least 15- 20 minutes, while I waited in the hot Phoenix sun. Then, we got to search all over this new truck for all of it's dents and marks, so I wouldn't be charged for that as well. VERY exhausting (both physically and mentally) for a day that was supposed to be used moving our belongings I feel I should be refunded at least 75% of the charge.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location. First, I choose this location by mistake, I thought I made a reservation at the Dunlap location. To begin, it took almost 40 minutes for me to actually get my truck. It appeared as if they had no idea on how to actually ring someone up. They were extremely rude as well! Somehow, I got charged 150 dollars to rent a 20 footer. I asked on why it was so high and the guy said that I would get reimbursed at the end. When I took my truck back, they were absolutely clueless on how to refund a customer. After 30 additional minutes of arguing with them and with them having to call other locations for help, I just decided to leave. I will never set foot in this location again! Also, it didn't help that the manager was saying"I told ya'll to have him check out elsewhere, I knew this would happen". They have no common sense or ability to trouble shoot any issue. Please use another location

Felix was so great about allowing me to keep the truck an additional day. The check out took a bit of time with his working on the computer but he finally got everything to calculate correctly and I was on my way within 30 minutes of arriving. Check in was a breeze and his daughter was very helpful and fast.

I rented a large truck for 1 day and the gas tank was on 1/4 tank slightly above I returned it back with almost 1/2 tank of gas and they said I did not fill truck and now going to charge me $6 a gallon for not filling just above 1/2.I had to go back with my paper work to show that I put more than what was required. When I got there they said they found the mistake on their part and my total is $85.33 but then when I was cashing out they said I now owe an additional $173! I said no way the lady just said "you probably owe from before you must not have paid" as if she knows me and I don't pay my bills. So finally she call different office and they got it right but they were so quick to be negative and it made my feel bad and singled out......or were they trying to scam me?????
