This location shouldn't exist for u-haul. They didn't check the truck before we rented it. We picked it up when it had a gas leak and it should've been rented out to us in the first place. Horrible location.

Nadine Grace C.Increase your fleet size and don't tell customers that the closest location for a truck that they booked months in advance is 100 miles away from the original pickup location the morning of the pickup. Absolute nightmare! These comments have nothing to do with the location, just U-Haul in general.
Mason M.First off I would like to say please ensure to have the lock information accessible for your renters. I rented the truck hired movers and was unable to move any items from my house due to not being able to open the truck because uhaul couldn't find the code word for the lock. This caused me to lose money because I still had to pay the movers $225. I was finally given the code word 8:30pm and it was too late to move anything and I was forced to move everything myself over the next couple of days. I was told by Zachary everything would be taken care of and wouldn't be charged late fees etc but was still charged. I did not like the service provided.
