When it snows clean off the trucks, remove the ice and snow from around the truck and don't get rude when the customer asks about it. The male employee there gave me the ice scraper yo remove the snow myself and was rude about it. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I didn't feel like any issues. On top of the I asked for a pick up and had to use a box truck because it was still out.

The vehicle was pulling to the left the whole time that l was driving. It seemed like it needed a front end alignment. So maybe your truck's should be checked a little more often in its maintenance program.

I rent a cargo van. It was clean well when I picked it up. As I was driving, an engine maintenance warning (engine oil change) and other warning light turned on. Also, Back and right signal lights were broken as other nearby drivers told me about it. These could lead to serious accident.
I explained when I returned the vehicle.

The truck was not of the usual high quality I have come to expect form U-Haul. It had 125,000+ miles and ready to be retired. The transmission was very difficult to get into reverse gear. The front end shimmied wildly and was difficult to keep on the road. While the staff were very pleasant, the truck was terrible. Fortunately I only had a 12 mile move.
