The price on website was different from what I was charged and when it came time to return the trailer two local shops wouldn’t accept the trailer your company expected me to drop off an hour away the last stop finally took trailer what would have happened if I dropped off trailer after hours I was told I would have been fined that not a was to run a business

Young lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable of the U-Haul processes . She did a walk through with me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed. She has great communication skills and was able to make sure I got on the road quickly! Thank you I will rent again

Horrible I had to wait to pick up my U-Haul because the employee wasn’t there. Then when he come back he was running his mouth on the phone and after five minutes talking on the phone and not helping customers he told whoever he was talking to that he had to go because he needed to service us. Then he didn’t know how to complete a one-way U-Haul sale so he kept saying it was an error with the pick up location I told him it was an error I had to choose the pick up spot closest to where I’m moving and I have him the drop off location address then he finally got it after five minutes trying to figure out what to do. He was very unprofessional and he had slippers on his feet ugh NEVER AGAIN!!! I also paid in advance so it should have been easy peasy. I’m contacting corporate!

The pick-up location was 1.5 hrs away because of traffic and was in a hell hole in Philadelphia. When notified of the pick up location, I replied asking for a closer and safer location. There are at least 20 U Haul sites closer to my work and the one around the corner had the size trailer that I needed available. My concerns and request fell on deaf ears. I received no response.... Heck of a way to run a railroad

The person at the location should be aware of procedures, rates, and all other aspects of the rental. I was quoted one price and upon returning my rental was charged another. The return location was incorrect and i didn't see it on my contract. If not for the help of April in Apopka, i would not have been able to return the trailer.

Difficult to find parking. I was told I was free to leave and received a frantic phone call three blocks away because I hadn't followed proper protocol. Was a difficult experience.

They told me with almost no explination that I couldn't have the truck I reserved and sent me off to another location just to call a half hour later to tell me I could come get the truck. The whome experience with them was unprofessional and just horrible. Nothing was ready for me when I came back to get the truck and I had to chase the guy down to get him to give me the other things that went along with my reservation.

There was confusion with my contract and little concern that that the odometer reading on contract was 13 miles less than the reading in the truck. I'm not paying for those miles!
