I was told I would have a HEMET pick place for this trailer. Instead I had to drive 25 miles to pick it up. Then I got charge $32,00 dollars for a trailer hitch because the ball on my hitch was 1 7/8 and the guy said it was the wrong size. So I had to purchase a new hitch !!

The cashier was not knowledgeable on proper pricing and charged my card three separate times for three different amounts and claimed to be on the phone to get my true final amount but that proved incorrect. My account was charged four days later with the three separate amounts causing an additional bank fee which is not likely to be reimbursed... Also, I was never asked if I had proper insurance coverage (which I do) and instead charged a daily fee for their coverage without my knowledge. I learned this upon check out and was told they weren't able to reverse the charge. It seemed to me they were overcharging me with no valid reason as each time I questioned them they had no real explanation. I plan on following up with a corporate office as this was extremely unorganized and should be illegal.

When I rented my truck I soon found the air conditioner only blew hot air. The A/C did not work!!!!I I drove over 3 days of driving 144 miles at a charge of $312.96 for a miserable experience. If you had an y quality control that truck would have been checked before it was even rented to me!!!!! I deserve some sort of credit back or partial refund for this. Ask the customer rep there about the A/C.

Made and appointment/reservation on the internet, when at the store, waited 10 min until, U-Haul employee/person came into the area/building, no hi/hello I will be right with you. The U-Haul employee was flirting for maybe 20 min. in Spanish. Came to my turn, employee up and left, no explaining/communication, and had someone else come in, that was as confused as myself, and completed the transaction. Customer Service really needs a lot of work with that one employee.
