Location was closed, completed manual check-in Saturday evening @ 6:28 pm. I called Monday morning to verify completeness of my manual check-in. Was treated well, extremely friendly and helpful. Bradley Haas
BRADLEY HThey really need to fill their yard with class 5 gravel. They don't have potholes they have craters. Customer service was excellent!
Kelly RThe trailer was in good shape. The lady and guy at the front desk that morning were less than friendly. No hello, thank you or anything else. While hooking up the trailer, no words or anything. He never even checked the lights to see if they were working. He just walked away. It was not Brian. When returning the trailer, i walked in, the lady asked "what do you need?" I told her I was returning the trailer and she said "just park it back where you got it and we will send you a receipt." That was it. I don't expect a lot of conversation but a little more interaction would have been good.
