Great location, Very Good Customer Service. Only 1 recommendation the truck I rented had less than a 1/4 tank of gas, the warning light was ON when I began my move warning me of only 50 mies left. Maybe a minimum of 1/2 tank of gas would be helpful for the customer.

Connie & Linda at the location were great to work with for the original reservation & returning the vehicle! The U-Haul 24/7 mobile phone-based pickup experience needs some work. Too many hoops to jump through between the photos, uploads, etc., it took nearly 30 minutes to pickup the truck. The chat team was slow & minutes would go by between questions & answers; & in a single session multiple agents came in & out of the conversation. Very frustrating!
My experience was perfect, with absolutely no problems. There was nothing that could've made better, because it was already perfect. I highly recommend this location to rent U Haul vehicles.
