The individual at the drop off was very friendly and helpful. And by proximity to the Naval station this is a primo location BUT the location is not kept up, is rundown and is uncomfortable on the exterior. I would not have chose. To use this location except that the web application requires me to do so Speaking of which I was actually in the parking lot of another uhaul location and the web app would not allow me to return the truck there. It requires me to drive 4 miles to another location which I do not understand the reasoning behind

Brake lights worked on trailer when I purchased it. No brake lights day 2 & 3. I drove 1000 miles from Perdido, FL to Euclid, OH with NO BRAKE LIGHTS ON TRAILER! I drove suggested 55 MPH during daylight hours. VERY DANGEROUS trip.

This is a convenience store that I drove by initially because it had no identifying UHaul signage that I could see at night. The kid at the counter just looked at me funny when I asked about turning in a rental truck and then I had to ask, and then insist that he print me out a receipt for my dropoff. Not professional at all.

Ramp was broke. Found out after I left the business. Told me to bring the truck back to half full which I did however the sheet was marked different. Would not check the truck in when I returned it due to being to dark. Told me he would not process the charge until the morning when he checked the truck. He lied and processed the charge the same night. Overall a terrible experience. Broke equipment that I had to deal with. This was the only 26ft truck available where I was so had no choice. Equipment was not checked by the retailer before I left the premises. Plus being lied to.

Store owner was argumentative and would not allow me to drop off trailer. Called U-Haul for help to assist me in dropping off trailer. Worst experience I have had U-Haul.

This location is very near our new house, and we'll use it again, even though it's a more limited outlet than others we have used. Only one employee was on duty, and he had a lot to do, but he was cordial and helpful.

Facility is a convenience store. While the store is small it is very good, but the clerk is not a U-Haul clerk, he is a convenience clerk who plays one on TV. I (the customer) was required to un-hook the car from the car carrier, drive it off, back the trailer into a parking place on a small lot (blocking the street for 15 minutes) and help in unhooking the trailer. Only the fact that I didn't have to complete any paperwork saved the experience.

The drop off point was a convenience store. The attendant was more interested in checking out customers buying milk instead of answering my questions. His response to what should I do with the truck was "just leave it there I'll look at it later. I ask about getting a refund on two bales of blankets "No refunds". I need go help the next in line (which was a lady buying soda and other items.) Not what i expected from U Haul.

The gentleman at the location was extremely helpful and did an excellent job at customer service. However, when I got there my reservation was not in the system so he was unable to access it and quickly provide me the trailer. I then called the Uhaul help line and they were very little help. I was finally directed to the right person to talk to and she was rude and seemed irritated to help me. When she finally fixed the issue and set up my reservation she had added insurance that I did not request. This was fixed by the kind gentleman at Perdido Convenience.In addition, the gentleman at Perdido Convenience recommended that I request a military discount because he knew I am in the service and he was unable to give the discount himself. When I asked the lady on the phone about military discounts she was disgruntled and acted like trying to give a discount was inconveniencing her. So I was better helped by a man who gets almost no money from Uhaul for doing his job than by direct employees of Uhual who are paid to answer phone calls and help customers. The whole fiasco cost me my entire afternoon even though I had paid ahead of time and checked in using the Uhaul online system. Before this experience I had a great impression of Uhaul and your company was my go to for moving. However, I am likely to look to other companies now and recommend to my military friends and family to use a different company. I am extremely disappointed. Uhaul should do better.
