The location did not have a dolly even though we reserved one. They also set up a drop off location for us that was near our pick up location despite having checked with us and confirming that we wanted to drop off in a town 25 miles away from our pick up location.

They don’t check their stuff. Don’t have dolly or extra stuff to move. Not able to communicate well. Also make sure pics are taken to ensure gas level is correct. They don’t check and wants to charge you for a few gallons when vehicle only traveled 9 miles.

Why do I have to resubmit all my info at the store after I’ve done so online for Express check-out? Redundant and lengthens the process. This store has excellent customer service and is my preferred store.

My first UHaul experience was not what I had hoped for. I had rented a trailer to move an an hour and 15 minutes away. Because the zip codes were still in the same city I didn't have the option to select a one way rental online. When I went to pick the trailer up the employee had asked me if I was returning it back to them and I said no. She never told me that I had to return it back to them since it was designated as an "in town" rental. My point is...there is a flaw in the online system when it designates an "in town" rental based on zip codes. Even though the zip codes may be for the same city they could be over an hour away geographically (like in my case). It was very difficult for me to return my trailer properly because of this.

The store clerk was more concerned of talking on his cell phone instead of getting my contract right for the u-haul rental and it is taking a lot of my tine trying to get it corrected.

They don’t have an appliance dolly available and the furniture dolly they have doesn’t work. The bearing on the wheels are seized, it won’t turn.

The guy we rented the truck from as well as the man we returned it to said we could return it at any u-haul and then we were charged more than double what we should have been charged BEWARE

The equipment I rented was not available when I arrived (neither dolly that was rented) and I was told I should have called to make sure it was after I reserved it. The attendant wanted me to sign documents without checking for damage on the truck (and there was damage) which she was upset to have to record. I was given a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I was then called the next day and told I was given the wrong truck - could I come back and switch it. After I said I would not as it was full of furniture, the clearly frustrated person (not the same one that rented to me) asked me to go out and at least give him the number off of the truck or my record would be completely "messed up" and I would have to deal with it at return. Terrible experience and I have rented many times over the years. Hoping it was only this location.

The individual at the drop off was very friendly and helpful. And by proximity to the Naval station this is a primo location BUT the location is not kept up, is rundown and is uncomfortable on the exterior. I would not have chose. To use this location except that the web application requires me to do so Speaking of which I was actually in the parking lot of another uhaul location and the web app would not allow me to return the truck there. It requires me to drive 4 miles to another location which I do not understand the reasoning behind

Brake lights worked on trailer when I purchased it. No brake lights day 2 & 3. I drove 1000 miles from Perdido, FL to Euclid, OH with NO BRAKE LIGHTS ON TRAILER! I drove suggested 55 MPH during daylight hours. VERY DANGEROUS trip.

This is a convenience store that I drove by initially because it had no identifying UHaul signage that I could see at night. The kid at the counter just looked at me funny when I asked about turning in a rental truck and then I had to ask, and then insist that he print me out a receipt for my dropoff. Not professional at all.

Ramp was broke. Found out after I left the business. Told me to bring the truck back to half full which I did however the sheet was marked different. Would not check the truck in when I returned it due to being to dark. Told me he would not process the charge until the morning when he checked the truck. He lied and processed the charge the same night. Overall a terrible experience. Broke equipment that I had to deal with. This was the only 26ft truck available where I was so had no choice. Equipment was not checked by the retailer before I left the premises. Plus being lied to.

Store owner was argumentative and would not allow me to drop off trailer. Called U-Haul for help to assist me in dropping off trailer. Worst experience I have had U-Haul.
