The staff at the store told me that I had to fill out the whole return slip on my phone. I have returned and rented from similar locations where the staff actually inspected the vehicles and completed the return process

Monique L.SHUT DOWN YOUR WOODLYNE, NJ LOCATION! IT IS HORRIBLE! I spent hours there and they were the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They literally blamed me for their incompetence and told me "It's not my problem; please leave!" In other words, we have a mini-mart to run and you are wasting my time. Read the reviews, this is NOT an isolated incident!!!
