Returning the truck was unnecessarily difficult. I received e-mail to take it to Glenwood instead of Mt. Ida, but that Glenwood business no longer handles U-Haul. This confusion put the time after 5 p.m. when everyone was closing down for the day. Even the 800# worker was confused, and the next closest after Mt. Ida and Glen (Amity) was also no longer handling U-Haul. Therefore, I had to drive farther (to Pearcy) to return the vehicle, in the rain and in the dark on a dangerous highway. Your computer system should be up-to-date on where to return vehicles, and accurate information should be printed on the contract/paperwork. Also, windshield wipers made loud noises on the glass, and should have been replaced.

I made a reservation a week in advance for a specific location and had to drive to this pick-up location more than 15 miles away. This was not my pick-up location choice.

I originally made my reservation online. When I called the place I was told it was reserved at (Ace Discount Tire and Auto) they were very rude and had told me that they did not have my reservation and had rented it out on Friday and they did not give me the 1-800 number. I called another dealer who did give me the number. When I called the number they informed me they had switched me to a dealer that was almost 40 miles away. They did find one that was closer, but I was not informed of the change of asked if the change was alright for me. There was an extreme lack of communication and I was extremely stressed when I was told by the Ace Discount Tire and Auto that they did not have my Uhaul and did not even offer to find out anything for me. They were EXTREMELY rude when I did ask if they could find out anything for me and said no.

The only issue I have is being charged 99 cents a mile. I think it a bit priced too high since there is a rental fee all ready. Other than that I would rent again from S and S.

I was supposed to have a 17 ft truck and all they had was a 15 ft truck. Also requested to pick up truck in Hot Springs Village and they sent me almost to Glenwood, 35 miles away. Truck had not been serviced, said "oil change overdue" which stayed on the screen all the way to Mpls.

I see that I am being charged for cleaning up the truck that was returned in the same condition that I received it in. I should not be charged for the cleaning.

I had reserved the vehicle at Temperance Hill, but when we went to get it they told us they didn't have one in the size we rented, so we had to go to S&S Storage to get it. It was a hassle to go to the other location. We specifically rented from Temperance Hill because of it's proximity to our storage unit.

Lady that initially assisted was very good, courteous, and efficient. The person that assisted on the turn in was not friendly, inefficient, and smoked in front of me. He asked me to return the vehicle across the street in the rain....................poor, poor customer service. Will not use this location again.

We really like the customer friendly always looking for ways to help us out attutide from the great people at S&S. This is 1 of several rentals we have done from U-Haul and S&S really makes it easy for us. All we have to do is tell them what we are looking for and where we would like to pick it up and it is done with 1 phone call. We now have them on speed dial just in case we need something we know who to call. They truely do care and it shows in all that they do for us! Another great job by S&S!!

All we have had to do is call them and they find what we want and call us back. We have no complaints and only high reagrds for the fine people at S&S. I have rented from this location before and the staff is so friendly and helpful and always professional. When I returned the trailer and questioned the paper work I had from where I picked up the trailer he told me that I was suppose to return the trailer to a different city and he immediately called so I could return it there because my paper work was all wrong and he showed me where the guy was suppose to have me sign and where I was supposed to sign that I declined the insurance, which I paid for. I have kept the paper work and send you a copy of it. Austin saw that nothing was signed and that the guy put in the wrong information. I believe the guy waited till I had to ask for my paper work and didnt have me sign it because he didnt want me notice he charged me over what he was supposed to. But Austin and his place is very clean, always nice and very helpful!

My experience reserving U-Haul was very bad and I was really upset about it. I reserved calling 800 # U haul on 7 north, I excepted that location even though it was out of my way, I was given a confirmation # and pick up time. But after driving 90 miles and going there at scheduled time I was told that they did not have any U Haul and the one that was assigned to me was given to some one in the morning, and the person I was talking to walked away to his workshop. He did tell me that he had reserved the U Haul for some one before the 800# reserved for me. I told him how is it possible, if it was assigned to me haw you can assign to someone else. He just told me he him self does not now how it happed. I think I should be compensated for the error. Than I drove back to Temperance Hill, Hot Spring location and they directed me to Airport Road location.

Austin was extremely helpful in the fact that we had an extra charge on our debit card and did not understand why. When I called and spoke with him, he was able to find out that we were charged for going over the allotted mileage. However, we needed to go over 190 miles and I did not know at the time we set the reservation that the allotted 167 miles would not be enough since we had to pick up the truck in one location then drive half an hour to another location to get the auto transport. Austin was very polite and professional in helping us figure out why we were charged extra when we should not have been. Though it was not his fault, I really hope that I do not have to use UHaul again. The customer service people could really have done better since she knew the details of how far we had to drive.
