This was a hot mess from the start. The owner of the lot was mean, rude, and not informative at all. The lock was so old on the truck that we had to call the manager of U-haul to get the lock off. It delayed our moving process by a hour. I want a refund because, the service was horrible. I would of been better off paying one of my friends to use their truck to move everything and I will not recommend U-haul services to any of my friends or family cause I was the whole experience was horrible
I was extremely pleased with my UHaul experience. The Reservationist was very helpful and courteous. The Manager was, as well. My only suggestion is: rather than instructing the Customer to â€œenter 1, then enter (3 digit code), it would be clearer to have said: choose Box #1, even if it has masking tape covering the 1, and states key drop off, then on that same box #1, enter 928 (or whatever code is instructed. This would save the Manager a trip over to assist.)But thank you for renting the truck to me on short notice, and for handling quarantine and social distancing so well, while providing very enjoyable Customer Assistance by phone. Greatly appreciated!
Better upfront pricing. Uhaul advertises 19.99 rental. A three hour rental with all the extra fees turned into $100. You should advertise 99.99 rentals to he more realistic!

The rear rolling door handle missing a bolt, therefore very difficult to raise the rolling door. Also the driver door would not lock.

Your app is the worst thing I have experienced on the internet. I rent 3x a week and I will tell you it's a freaking shitshow. I dont see how a billion dollar company can have such a shit phone app. . I would fire and then sue whoever is in charge of it. Maybe if you actually talked with people like me who rent 3x a week we could fix the garbage phone app you provide. Thanks.
We pulled up to drop off the trailer and there were two employees in the building, neither of whom were busy with anything. I stated that we were there to drop off a trailer and the gentleman says, "Just put it in that spot over there." I replied, "Do you have one of those things to manually pull the trailer around?" He responds sarcastically, "No. They're made to be attached to vehicles." At which point, he returned to his conversation with the other employee. Backing up a trailer is not easy, especially when you're not used to driving one around. These people were not busy and seemed as though they could have cared less about helping a customer. We managed to get the trailer close and then lifted it ourselves and pushed it the rest of the way into the spot, no thanks to them.

This location was great and offered great customer service. U-haul itself was terrible to work with; I had one good customer service experience and two terrible customer service experiences. The U-haul mobile website is awful and crashes every time I tried to upload a picture to complete my drop off checklist. There were problems from the start with the online reservation. I put in a specific pick up location and a specific drop off location different from the pickup location. The 8' bed pickup truck said it was available within my search parameters, however, when I got the reservation confirmed, it said I had to drop the truck off in the same location where I picked it up. If this is the case, it should have never been an available option for me to begin with since I specifically searched for vehicles available for separate pickup and drop off locations. U-haul also made me verify with three different alternate contacts (two references and my ID) before they would approve me to take the truck. Normally, you need one ID and one contact. So scrambling around at the pickup site for additional alternate contacts was a huge nuisance. Overall, I'm happy with the specific U-haul site I used but extremely disappointed with U-haul as a company. I will not be using U-haul in the future, nor will I ever recommend their services to anyone.
To be charged 40 dollars to sweep out when there was nothing there absolutely ridiculous. Never again it stated 19.95 then 19 cents a mile only to be charged 79 cents. NEVER AGAIN

It was very easy to reserve a truck online. Easy to pick up and bring back. No hassles. Attendant was very nice and explained things thoroughly. Nice job!
