When we got there to pick up the truck the back of it was wide open and the items that I added to my rental were not inside.
JULIE AThe truck had no AC. Driving just under 1,000 miles in 100+* weather was incredibly taxing. We were very frustrated that we paid $1,300 for a rental that was repeatedly advertised as have “cold AC” but completely lacked it. We reached out to uhaul thru the app and received zero reply. We finally got a small resolution when dropping the truck off because we were offered a very small refund of $100. Due to the lack of reply and improperly maintained vehicle, we will likely never use uhaul services again.
Kayla CWhen I picked the drop off location, nothing indicated that it was not staffed. Arrived to what is essentially a junk yard with no parking for a 26 ft truck or anything else. After asking around, I found out that I had to call a phone number and since there was no parking, they asked if I would drive to another location which used up more fuel that I paid for.
Kathleen SWe were more than an hour past the rental pickup time when we finally got the truck. Keeping to the pickup time is important. I would suggest trying to do so from now on. I
