The individual at the pick up service station was fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgable. However, the customer service experience leading up to the rental was awful. After my reservation, I called to confirm a pick up location. I was told I would not know until the day before but it would be in my preferred location. It was 20 miles away from my preferred location!! And, when I called it was like speaking to a robot that has automated responses. And, after complaining I was not even able to file a complaint with a supervisor to resolve the issue. I was told I could file a complaint with corporate. I work in a similar industry and very well know corporate complaints are not handled same day. Furthermore, the only thing that was offered to me was a $50.00 credit (which I have not received by the way because they wanted me to take additional time to listen to my phone calls with the representative - a job for manaement, not me). How is that a compensation for an inconvenience of driving 45 minutes round trip on my moving day? Furthermore, nobody from customer service even called me, emailed, or texted me to provide me with the original pick up location. I found out at 2:30 PM where I was picking up because I personally had to call and find out. Very upset and disappointed with how this was all handled.

Overall my experience was good. However, when I picked up the vehicle the gas gage read a half a tank but according to the paperwork when I picked I was told I had to pay to fill it up to three quarters of a tank. It would be easier to always begin and end with a full tank.

There were many issues with my reservation. The scheduling staff originally told me BDK Floors at 8, but at 9:45 nobody was there to open the business. I had also reserved a 15' truck which I was told was not available. There were multiple 15' trucks not in use that day.

This was not the location I chose when my online reservation was placed and was slightly out of the way for us. When we arrived we had to wait a long time to be serviced and the attendant seemed unfamiliar with the UHaul computer system and was easily confused.

Was charged a full day for returning truck 45 mins after the 10:00 deadline. No grace period, no prorate on the charge. Will not use U-Haul again.

Almost every location that I have ever rented U-Haul from is slow. Twice I have done the early check-in online (including this time) and got onsite and still had a 20 minute wait while the personnel figured everything out. There is no point in early check-in if it does not work.

Left front tire pressure was low, 23 PSI door panel recomends 35 PSI. I had to inflate myself. Rentals should be checked and inspected before renting. As soon as I started it it told me the air pressure was low and unsafe to drive.

The two gentleman that took care of us at that Exxon were two of the best and Courteous uhaul employees I have ever dealt with. They were very friendly and helpful. There needs to be more people like those two in the customer service business hell even the world, they were awesome !!

Untrained staff. Primarily a gas station. It took 3 workers 35 minutes to sign me out. Provided an empty tank of gas but claimed it was a 1/4 full. I even used the pre-register function on the website. The day prior, Uhaul moved my pick-up locaton 15 miles across the county and out if my way. I had to pay extra when I went 12 miles over the allowed limit. Finally, when I returned the vehicle, the employee closing the transaction didn't speak any English and literally made me wait 15 minutes while he was positioning the truck around the gas station parking lot. This was literally the worst customer sevice experience I've ever recieved.
