Got lied to. Told them I would return at 2 and he said 12. Got charged 30 extra dollars. A free soda or water isn't going to make the situation better.

I had a very bad experience renting this u haul today. When I called the 1800 go u haul they said one thing when I got to the place where I'm to pick up the truck, the man at the place had a very bad attitude. He was rude, had a nasty attitude. Everything I said was defensive to him. I will never, ever deal with u haul again. I will make sure my family and friends will not use u haul. Don't know what your gonna do to improve for next customer, but for this customer there's absolutely nothing you can do.

Took almost an hr to get the truck. Guy at the gas station keep stopping my transaction to help other people that came in the gas station to shop. He was very grumpy an very rude. He lacked basic customer service whole thing was awful. Was this close to walking away but he already had my card info so I decided to be extra patient. His nasty attitude was the worse of all.

When returning equipment, manager was trying to nickel and dime me for everything from gas, to cleanliness of the truck to trying to charge me twice my estimate Manager was extremely hard to communicate with as he didn’t speak very good English and was generally gruff

The uhaul itself was in good shape, however it need to be seen by a mechanic. The suspension, struts, steering, and brakes didn’t seem to be in good condition. This was a very rough ride and hard to come to a stop. Maybe the truck itself is a little rough to begin with but there was definitely a need for the mechanic. Also this pick up location didn’t have a second person to allow the attendant to step away for a few seconds to assist us with doing our walk around or to check miles or gas level which was not full. There was lack of communication but he had a great attitude which makes a great impression on us. We would recommend this location because he was friendly and answered all of our questions and attend to customers needs.

I used the app for pickup and he wouldn’t give me keys, demanded my drivers license again, and made me wait, and had to call someone else and after all that he almost gave me the wrong keys.

The representative that helped at pick up was quite rude. His accent is extremely heavy and when I didn’t understand he just got louder or talked over me. He interrupted when asking for a phone number then read the wrong number back when I never had the chance to tell him. The representative who helped at drop off was much more friendly. The closeness of the location to me is the reason I would return.

I sent you two emails yesterday on how disappointed I was the truck smell like cigarette smoke and then you only had a quarter tank of gas in the truck totally inexcusable. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

U Haul associate damaged my rear bumper with the trailer while he was trying to hook it up. I got all evidence and looking for the reimbursement for repair

The drop-off procedure was super quick and super easy. Less than five minutes. This was *SO* much better than last year, when I had to do the self-check-in myself with the non-intuitive web site (which I think you've fixed).

This location is outstanding. I came there to drop off a truck even though i had not designated it as my drop off location. The gentleman that handled my request was professional and friendly. He handled my drop-offf excellently. I would recommend this location strongly.

The [person at the pick up location was not able to get me signed in. After calling his boss and waiting nearly 30 minutes neither of them were able to figure it out.

Although the fuel gage read 3/8 full, which it was when I picked up the truck, the people at this dropoff tried to hold us up for an additional $12 charge for fuel. Instead I put an additional $5 of fuel from their pump in and the gage now showed clearly more than the 3/8 full. They were clearly trying to "RIP" us off. It took 45 minutes to get out of there with a receipt. I will never deal with this franchise location again. They do an extremely POOR job of representing UHaul and good customer service.

I am very dissatisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I had placed an order o. The phone a few days prior to pick up. The lady told me I would be able to pick it up at 7 PM and drop it off the next day at 7pm, and I would have 146 miles. 100 of which were added at no extra charge. I had received 2 text messages, one stating my truck would be ready at 3, and the next day another one came in and said it would be ready at 2. I called to verify that I could still in fact pick it up at 7. The lady couldn't help me since the scheduling center was closed. I had to call in the am, well she couldnt help me either and I had to call the actual pick up spot. Ok after alot of unnecessary wasted time It was confirmed my actual first confirmation was ok. I go to pick up the truck and it does not show the extra 100 miles and it has I had to drop the truck off at 6 instead of 7. The truck has a whole bunch of stuff in it so they need to clean it out. The truck is dirty. Then to mileage is just slightly different and the gas level is lower. I called and spent 40 mins on the phone to be.told he submitted a claim. I still have not heard back regarding the experience
