While the pick up location and the owner of the business were great, service from Uhaul, the company, was not so good. I confirmed a reservation for 8 AM, but because the location was not equipped for that time, the reservation was changed to 10 AM. This happened without any notification until I went to the pick up location at 8 AM. The website or app should have known the location was not equipped to handle a pick up at that time and either 1) should not have allowed me to make the reservation, or 2) notify me prior to the pick up time at 8 AM. I was able to wait until 10 AM, but if I was in a situation where I could not, this would have been an even bigger disaster. Uhaul dropped the ball on this one.

John L.I wasn't able to complete the self pickup process. On my account page there was no way for me to start the pickup process. I had to call in the owner of the store even though the store was closed that day. If the owner didn't kindly come to my rescue, I wouldn't have been able to get my rental and my plan that day would have been derailed. Please fix whatever bug this was to save time for future customers and shop owners!
