Location needs more reps, especially on the weekend. One guy checking in reservations AND checking in returns!! I reserved a specific time for a reason. Waited for awhile to pick up And drop off. Also, when I dropped the truck off I told the rep that my truck floor was soaked when I got it. His response was, “ it was cold the night before.” I explained to him it must have just been cleaned (which I appreciate), because it smelled like fabuloso. He just brushed it off with no apology. Just happy I had my own moving blankets to put down so my stuff didn’t get wet. Certainly not the best location I have rented from.

So far everything was very good as far as experience. It would be nice to have the price for LP gas listed , i go past this uhaul regulary and always forget to call for price since Velero has it listef i end up stopping there. Other than that. Good job.

Tell the truth up front. When we went very first time, the rep said, $19.95 + tax so we made a reservation. When we went to pick up a truck on Nov. 1st, the rep said, it's $19.95 + tax. And she said, there would be 79 cents mileage charges if we go over 100 mileage. We agreed to the terms and left. When we went to return the truck, she charged us 79 cents for each mileage we drove. I would recommend U-Haul but not that location. I had very bad experience with that location and would like our money back just for the mileage.

Changed my pick up location last minute, gave a truck under the gas amount they claimed it had, changed my drop off location upon arrival. Then went to return it and took about 20 minutes of waiting for the employees to figure out how to sign the truck back in. Just poor service all around.

Prior to picking up the truck at Snow Road, a day earlier we stopped at U-Haul on Brookpark. The man who helped us, Maurice, was absolutely marvelous. He told us we had the correct size, how to pack and other tips. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knew how to make it happen. Next day pick up on Snow Road ws a breeze. Good value for perfect, clean truck. Thank you.

The customer service # posted outside is incorrect. The check in process was intolerable. Your website is not compatible with Firefox, but your customers aren't notified of that. The problem with that is it disabled the camera, so pictures cannot be taken. You MUST use a different browser, which is ridiculous. Pictures can't be uploaded; they must be taken, which makes no sense. Pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle and of the location? I am assuming that it is to cover responsibility of both parties, but it is extreme overkill in my opinion. When I finally found a suitable customer service number by searching the internet, it took forever to get a customer service rep, and by that time we had realized we needed to use a different browser to open your website. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessary, especially with so many other options to choose from. And $9 to fill up for less than a 10 mile trip? I'm still shaking my head on that. We used this truck for less than 2 hours - just to pick up a couch-but it took the entire evening if you counted the unnecessary check in debacle. Unacceptable!

Make the return rental experience better and less complicated when returning equipment when the office is closed. I had a bad experience when I was returning the equipment I rented I was told to go to the website for the night return after all the questions and Pictures it apparently dill not go through correctly. Your night return policy needs to be updated to make it better user friendly

Nothing really - a decent UHaul, the female employee that was on duty when I arrived was very nice, versed and explained things thoroughly. I like that because I'm an older woman and sometimes might "miss" something here or there ha ha So she was great. Also, she was a nice looking, well groomed woman, a PLUS for male customers. This is a blue collar neighborhood (Chevy and Ford up the street). Total price okay - I rented the small truck for 3 hrs, 20 miles it was around $50. I am impressed by the many products you have for sale here for the mover/shipper - very nice. 2 very tiny disappointments so overall I rate this UHaul an 8 out of 10. Your TOP LOCATION I feel is the UHaul is the Westpark/Lorain Ave location. HUGE selection of vehicles and top notch employees. Thank you.

The process of putting things on a credit card need to be explained better. Nothing was explained at all, then when I was checking out I asked them to explain things to me and was rushed out of the door. The gentleman who checked me out also contradicted himself when explaining how long someone was a hold. Very poor experience. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

Met expectations. The reservation and check in/out process was good. The only thing I would say is that there was a line of customers with one person at the counter, but customers could hear two other employees in the side room having a personal conversation - would have been exceptional is one of them came out front to help.

I rented the truck and had to jump the truck 4 or 5 times each time i turned it off. At which point i ended up just leaving it run. When i called the first time to get a jump they said it would take almost 2 hours for them to come out and jump me. I went and bought jumper cables myself. When i got back to the facility i told the individual what happened and he made a note but i didnt get any compensatation for my troubles. Completely unnecessary for this to have happened and still having to pay 65 dollars is absurd. I would like some sort of discount. Please call me at 216 538 0814.
