Not friendly at all. Felt like I was being accused of a scrape k. The truck already had that scrape. I had taken my own pics of when I picked up the truck in delaware. I showed to him and the time stamp on the photo. I did not like his approach to me in questioning me. He certainly had the right to do it but he did it the wrong way. It my fault the girl that gave me the truck in Delaware missed the scrape. That’s why I had my own pics.

My 2 dollies were not in the truck. U haul would not answer the phone or get back to me through their messaging system. This significantly impacted my move.

This is a smaller auto repair shop but for my 15 ft trailer and vehicle hauler I had room to do a pull through when first arriving. Staff is great. Nice group of guys. Very accommodating

The only problem I had was dropping the key off because there wasn’t clear marked location and pick up the truck at 8512 old Harford rd. The App didn’t open and again I couldn’t find where to get the key to the truck. I thank god for the customer service lady she really help me and was very nice. She sent me to another location where they had what I needed. And when I got to the other location on Belair rd the female working counter was a great help to me. And she was very professional and she help me changed my reservation to in town to a out of town move. She really help me a lot. Just work on customer service line the wait was long and I got transferred a lot. But other then that I and my family will definitely use U Hale again!!! Thank You!!!

Staffer was fine, but there were issues with the truck that surfaced during the move. Transmission on the vehicle slips between 25-40MPH, especially downshifting. Vehicle lurched forward at 25 PH several times when slowing to a stop. Was fine on Highway above 50 MPH. Needs servive.

I was charged a price different than what the Uhaul representative told me it would be AND different than what the website advertised. The man at the pick up location was not willing to change the price so I was charged $40 more than I was told over the phone and what I had budgeted for. Also, for the third time, I had to call a 1-800 number to clear my name from the e-mart even though there was no open contracts against my name. It was a major inconvenience and very frustrating. Time wasted and money lost.

Be up front on your per day rental cost . It’s no where close to $29.99 a day. My van was not topped off on gas When I received it , I only drove 21 miles and it took 5 gals to top off . I hope those trucks get more then 4 MPG. And it’s kind of greedy to charge me for using a credit card and not even offer me and option to pay with cash . Other than that , the truck worked well. ??

I was never told that I needed to fill out a return form online. This was never brought up to me when I picked up my rental or when I called numerous times to the U-Haul customer representatives. When I returned the rental to the drop off location. I returned my keys in the drop off box, which does not allow you to retrieve them. It wasn't until I looked at my account online that I noticed I had to complete the online form. I had to return back to the drop off location to complete this form and attach pictures; however, I did not have the keys because they were already returned. I could not take pictures of the mileage or the gas meter. However, based on memory, I reported the mileages that I thought was accurate. When I submitted my online form, I stated these concerns on the form, as well as called the customer representative to ensure that I will not be billed incorrectly. Unfortunately, my efforts to correct this error was not heard and I have been charged the incorrect fees. I was ensured that a U-Haul employee would verify the information on the online form and the rental vehicle's mileage and gas meter matched and was correctly reported. However, this did not occur because they would have caught my mistake. I was provided inaccurate information about the quality of the employees and procedures U-Haul states they follow. I have called multiple times and emailed representatives to help me correct this error. I have still not been helped.

When I returned my equipment to this location I used the internet to check everything in. I was supposed to get notification within 48 hours that everything was received and ok. I never got that notification until I called customer service. The explained if I did not hear anything then everything is fine. Be sure to look over the contract carefully. I paid for everything in advance but at check in online the wording led me to believe I owed money and I would have to "dispute" or "disagree" to those charges. Read your contract carefully!

The pick up place need to be more prepared and explain better what the customer need to know ...the guy at the store we got the uhaul said to fill the truck with the amount of the gallon it says on the paper to bring it back to 7/8 .that is want I did however it needed more and I was double charger when I dropped the truck
