Be able to make a reservation at the site and have vehicle available when requested I waited 45 minutes in my cold car for service after telling staff I would be there before 7 am for 7:30 pick up and owner forgot my conversation day before with staff no paperwork of cost given just took credit card and sent link on my phone after waiting 30 minutes to be waited on

Getting our vehicle took about 40 minutes after our reservation time, even though we arrived early. For some reason, I had to give my license information 3 times (2 during the days before the reservation & another 1 during the pickup). The 3rd time, the app didn't even work in terms of capturing the license info & needed to be verified. After being "verified" by the live agent Vivanta, the app took us to the key code page to unlock the lock box for our key. The app decided to malfunction & didn't should us the code. After clicking the link to ask for assistance, the app said to contact the UHaul center which was not helpful since it didn't say which one. I attempted to message the "live agent" on the app but Vivanta just ignored the 2 messages. I called the 1-800 number on the UHaul site to which I was put on hold. Since I stayed on hold for way too long and it seemed to not be close to anyone answering my call, I decided to call another UHaul number from my girlfirend's phone to ask for assistance again. I got to an agent who gave us a local UHaul center to call and was transferred to them. There, the rep told us to go in the gas station to ask for the key. I went in to ask and the employee said he couldn't help and to call the UHaul center which we explained we just did and were told to talk to him. He said he couldn't help so we called back and explained the situation. The rep then called the gas station herself and apparently he could've helped and came outside with the UHaul key. We finally got the key and were able to continue with the truck inspection. The picture comparison step came and I went to compare, noting a couple of scratches on the UHaul front top and side passenger door. The app failed to continue with these comments so I tried it without comments which it then worked. The next step came to take pictures of the cabin and back seat which the app then crashed. I'll never use the app again to pick up a vehicle and will just drive the extra couple miles to pick it up from an actual center with reps who know what they're doing.

I had the worse experience with U-Haul. The Original location did not leave the key. The second location after 2 and 11/2 hours in the parking at 10:30 pm trying to get through to your verification department, still did not leave the key. I was told by u0haul customer rep to go back at location 6am and no once was there. apparently the location did not open until 7am on the weekend. I would never recommend anyone the service.

This location should not be used as a drop off site. I arrived at the Sunoco around 11pm & filled up the tank. The alleged manager/owner "Shabir" argued that he did not have any schedule for a truck to be dropped off as well as any "room". Despite me offering to show him my contract confirming the drop off at 2920 E Joppa, he insisted that I do not leave the truck there. I was about to leave & Shabir stopped me saying that because "You're a female" that he'll go ahead & let me drop off the truck. Terrible experience.

This was the worse Uhaul location management I've ever experienced in all my years of doing business with your company. The attendant was rude and did not seem to know what he was doing as he kept having to speak with another associate on the phone. I was given LESS than a 24-hour rental, give my actual pick-up time, despite explaining that the 12P pick-up reservation was FORCED on me. I knew I would not be ready to load my truck until that evening, and would need the truck until the following evening. I was told to return the truck at 12Noon or else incur additional fees and penalties. Due to this, my move was NOT completed, as planned, and I had to rent yet another truck from a different location two days later when a truck was available. My attempts to reason with the attendant, or receive some consideration for the inconvenience and expenses to me were futile, as no Uhaul employee could offer even a simple apology for having extended my move by three days. I am resolved to NEVER do business with Uhaul again.
