This location is basically a dirty storage unit. The woman who assisted me was not very interested in customer service. I picked the same location for pick up and drop off and was originally told I could do it. The night before, I received a text that I would not be able to park there because there wouldn't be space. There was nothing but space, the entire lot was empty. My move ended up being so much more complicated because of this uhaul experience.
The parking lot is full of craters/potholes. The office is old and dirty looking. It was quick and easy. The woman checking me in and out was nice. I didn't have to touch anything but the doorknob coming and going would like to see more sanitizing of doorknobs and trucks. Clean the steering wheel and door handles and maybe leave a check list that it was completed.
Probably nothing can be done but the truck smelled like cigarettes really bad. The staff was helpful and provided quick service.
The location is very difficult to get in/out of especially with a trailer. The staff was extremely helpful and with out them I probably would have gotten into an accident due to the location. In the future if I have to drop a rental in the KY area I will select a different location.
The overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly and the check-out/in process was very simple and quick.
Attendant was not wearing a mask inside. Attendant insinuated the uhauls were not disinfected between reservations even though covid was present in our community. Attendant did not seem to respect 6 foot social distancing guidelines. U-haul smelled like an animal had been in it before the reservation.
I arrive just as the sun was setting. The parking lot is too dark for nightfall and there is one massive lot hole in the lot.
First time using a u-haul and moving and had an excellent experience. Pick up and drop up were super easy. Truck was easy to drive and was able to haul all my needs.
When I made my reservation, I was supposed to drop off downtown Cincinnati, instead I had to drive to Park Hills, KY, costing me approximately 13 minutes additional drive time! Overall, my experience was NOT good.

First of all you need to educate you customer service people the difference between a car transport and a car dolly. Because we had an order for a car transport which was supposed to be a dolly. Thank God we called to verify the day before we left. Then we did get the dolly at this location but it was a three hour round trip to get it. And we were told we would be charged a flat rate of 200.00 for our trouble, but was charged a deposit of 75.00 cause we didn't you our card. So needless to say we were not happy. But we also decided to just drive our car from now on cause it is no Hassel then
Quick and easy way to get a moving truck.
Service was excellent. Location is convenient, but needs some TLC to be more enticing.
Location was not open, had a sign on door written in sharpie marker that they were closed. Then it took me over two hours to get the vehicle with a rep over the phone.
The attendee on site was not helpful at all. She was a little rude and didn't seem to really know what she was doing. She completely cancelled my reservation and created a new one and changed the drop off location without telling me. She also could not get the trailer on my hitch so my dad had to to it himself.
The self pick-up didn't work as the UHaul website was down, so the process to pick up the UHaul took quite awhile.
I've never had a bad experience with uhaul until yesterday. From the start I had to pick up a truck that was completely out of my way. This wouldn't have been a problem until the paperwork I received didn't match the truck I received. So I had no idea where my mileage stood. Then when I tried to return the truck, the online drop off wouldn't let me check the truck back in. It kept saying the milage was lower than the original mileage. So, in order to return the truck I had to call several different places and eventually drive back to the drop off location. Then I found out that now I had two trucks on my online profile. Eventually I got through to the uhaul main number and received an excellent rep who fixed it. This was a major headache during an already stressful time of moving.
Better customer service and clear communication. I wasn't told that there was a fee for an employee to help attach my car to the dolly and after paying the employee did very little to help (I ended up having to do it myself). I would pick another location to work with if you're wanting helpful service.
