Attendant accepted key and instructed me to park truck in parking lot. Truck return was never recorded at time of return. I was called by U-Haul that truck was not returned and I told them where it was It was noted in the rental record but nothing was done, despite several calls on Thursday. U-Haul reps were unable to do anything. Today (Friday) I received an e-mail notifying me that I was being charged for returning the truck two days late. I called Service Center again at 11:45 AM and was told that I would receive a refund and the issue was being escalated. So far at 6 PM NO RESPONSE-NO EMAIL -NO REFUND
