Based on an incredible amount of incompetence I would rather buy a truck than ever call U-Haul again. After reconfirming my reservation which was at 10am, the morons at your company sent me to a location that did not open until noon. 5 phone calls with equally nice but inept people who could not do anything to resolve my situation!
