I rented a pick-up truck to haul dirt - I found the GMC truck was not suitable for such a heavy load [about a half bed of soil]; springs squashed way down and driving control was mushy. I recommend not allowing dirt loads with the pick-up because of its inability to safely take the weight. I did get the job done and I had no problem with the dealer.

The dealer was new. He had trouble with paperwork. Did not give us all necessary paperwork. The outside of the truck was dirty. We cleaned it ourself. The cab was clean. We were told U-Haul does not pay these little dealers to wash outside of trucks.
