The self check in was impossible and took an hour on the phone with uhaul people Fix or I will not be back for my next rental I have been using uhaul for years
The front desk person is rude and unprofessional. He didn't even acknowledge I was there. I had to wait :19 before he acknowledged I was even standing there. I waited patiently. I thought he may have been helping another customer online.

For the most part truck was great. Cup holders had something spilled and wet in them. But very happy with this location and the staff. They made it very easy and the quickest check in I've had or been a part of with other family members. Would use again and would recommend to others. Thank you
owner demanded that I go take a picture of gas gage and odometer so he didn't have to get offof his fat ass to check the truck in. He never looked at the truck but charged me $7.xx for something , I never found out what the charge was for.
It wasn't the location, but the frustrating check-in process. It wasted a lot of time while â€œverifyingâ€ me by calling two numbers I have them, which is nonsense verification. I could give the phone numbers for anyone.
I will never RECOMMEND Uhaul to anyone!!!!!
I don't see how Uhaul stays in business. I rented on a Saturday, $39.95 for 8 hours. Just because the location is closed when I turn in the vehicle, I get charged an after hours fee? For what? Mobile drop off didn't work so I spent 45 minutes sitting in the parking lot on the phone with Uhaul trying to return the vehicle so I didn't get charged for the whole weekend which I'm absolutely sure would have happened if I hadn't spent time I didn't have to do that. $1 per mile? $40 for the rental, 300% more for â€œfeesâ€. You aren't the only game in town. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.
John is a nice guy but very disorganized and trying to do it all himself.
The business specifically said they would be open for us to pick up, but when I called, I was met with a bad attitude saying they were closed. We had to figure out how to hook the trailer up on our own. Tiffany Canaday was awesome at the St. Louis office though. She helped us as much as she could from the office.
Your online process could be way faster. It took over 30 minutes and me calling the customer service number while waiting for approval. I wanted my truck as close to 8 as I could get it and I got my truck at 830.
Priced way too high.
The location is convenient but pretty junky ..... really doesn't matter though if the U-Haul equipment is good .
Booking was a nightmare. I was forced to rent from a location 17 miles away, despite making the reservation in advance. I replied to question why my location had been changed, and received a call back and voicemail from someone who was rude, and left no phone number to call back. My move was a total of 1.6 miles from one point to another, but I was forced to pay for mileage because a truck wasn't made available at either of the locations that were local for me. Then I was charged for extra fuel, making my rental $94 for one day of use to move myself 1.6 miles. Very disappointed.

Make your app more user friendly I couldn't pickup or drop off using the app.
When I went to pick up the equipment the mechanic was the only one there and he did not know how to check out the equipment. I didn't get a copy of my contract it was emailed to me and since I'm moving I have no way to print it off yet. Make sure the business is staffed with knowledgeable people.
Picked up truck told would pay $28 and change driving 20 miles. Dropped truck off paid $32 and change for driving 12 miles. WHY? Called customer service and was told a manager would contact me in 3 days. Do you have that many complaints? Rented from uhaul 5 times in the last 4 years and 4 of the5 times there was some kind of problem. Only reason I think your still in business is that your competition doesn't have enough locations

I did not know this location existed - convenient, efficient and very, very friendly. They will be my top choice for rentals going forward. Wonderful to have them in the neighborhood! Highly recommend.
We dropped it off after house so we did not interact with the staff.
Had to call customer service about charges that keep popping up on my card. I was told I could pick trailer up Friday evening and return sunday for 2 days charges. Everytime my phone warned about charges on my card uhaul was hitting me for additional charges
