I rented the cargo vans to moved, so my distance was 29 miles, but I paid the fuel 8.666 gallons gasoline. Terrible!!!!

We noticed the mileage on paper that they put (3625) was different from the car (3627). I immediately called them and took a picture of it to let them know. The person I spoke to told me that once we get back and showed them the picture, the would change it. It that wasn’t the case and they refused to change the milagro after we showed them the proof. That is stealing money from customers and they shouldn’t be allowed to do so. I paid for two extra miles that I didn’t use and that is infuriating.

This was not the original location that I had reserved for pick-up. When I went to the original location that I had reserved the rental for, they did not have it and failed to notify me that the rental that I needed was at another location. I made the reservation far enough in advance to received notification. This mistake by your company cost me about an 3 hour delay to get the rental and a enormous delay in my schedule.

The rental experience was absolutely terrible. Took me 45-60 minutes to complete the reservation. I did most of the work online the night before. I signed up for Self-Service so when I arrived I can get the van quicker. After staying at the counter for 20 minutes with issues on the other side, they helped me attempt to go through the self-service option on my phone. After doing almost all the steps, taking a picture of my license, etc. I went to submit payment and the payment could not be processed. I don't understand why I had to enter my credit card info again, when I entered it the night before on the website. No matter how many times I entered the correct credit card info on my phone, I would get a vague error message saying the transaction cannot be processed to try again. After doing this for another 15 minutes, the clerk behind the counter tried a different option to accept my payment, which worked. This delayed my entire move and I would not recommend anyone to do the self-service option. Try Home Depot's van rentals.

The place where i picked up the van was great. The people their were very friendly. The problem i had was with the reservation. First they sent me to one place. I wasted time from my time their than they sent me to another. Good thing my brother had a car or else i wouldnt have moved my things. Than i got a call yesterday sept 13 2017 that i was not going to get a refund because the guy said that i still got my truck anyways. Horrible service over the phone. Man was very rude. And after this experience next time i move i will be using another service. First they tell u that in a couple of days you will get a refund for sending u to the wrong place and than a week later they call u to say that you arent eligible for a refund becuase i got the van at another location. Very upset about the whole situation.

Truck size I requested was not available at the time of my schedule pick up, finally half hour later some return a truck size needed, truck was dirty and the dashboard gas nidle not working, couldn't even tell if gas in the tank was accurate.
