The inside atttendant tells you to verify your gas and mileage with the outside attendant. I did and the outside attendant verifed that the gas was less than half and he marked it with a yellow highlighter. But now you are charging me for a half a tank of gas and that's not what it was on.

Guillermo , the employee I delt with, refused to adjust the mileage charge since I had to return the truck to a different location, per your request.He argued with me that there was nothing he could do, then he literally threw my paperwork aside , told me to call the corporate office( I’m sure he could have done that) and called the next customer behind me. I called corporate, spoke to Anna, she called him and adjusted the mileage. I then asked for his business card, said he didn’t have one, and refused to write his name down on a piece of paper. The manager (Faustino Cayetano) then wrote Guillermos name down on a business card for me and said he would talk to him, and tried to excuse his behavior. ( there is never any excuse to treat customers rudely in any situation) Over all a terrible experience, I will not be renting anything from U- Haul again

I ordered a truck and dolly. I watched the representative at the front radio for a dolly to be placed in my truck. After driving home, I opened my truck and realized there was no dolly inside. I had to drive back and ask for my dolly. I also requested a change in my drop off location and instead of taking the time to find a location closer to my destination (which I had already done and it was 3 minutes away from my destination) the representative told me I could just call a uhaul location prior to dropping off a truck and I would be able to leave my uhaul at that location. That was false information because I called the uhaul location I wished to drop my truck off and was told I would have to stay with the original drop off location which was a much longer distance away.

My daughter stated to me that this drop-off location close to her house was extremely rude and not helpful. Here is her YELP review: Worst customer service. Didn't help us unstrap our car from the trailer. Waited over 30 minutes including the time it took my son to climb under the car and unhook the chains himself. Brought this truck from out of state and used this location to return it. I will never rent a vehicle from here.

1226 east 5th st. was our first drop off spot,called the number on the closed gate no one showed up within the hour wait so we brought it to 3020 saviers rd.where the young man excepted the trailer and apologized for the first drop off and gleefully excepted our trailer,we were out of there in 5 minutes,wish i got that young mans name he was great!

Picked up equipment and there were 2 employees trying to find something to do. I returned the rental the next day and there was only 1 employee and 3 other customers in front of me. 30+ minutes to return equipment is unacceptable.

I reserved a 20 footer, on the same day i upgraded it to 26 footer. When i got there they said they dont have a 26 footer. They apparently did not notice the change. I have no choice but to take the 20 footer. I have to take 2 trips to complete my move.

I pre order a uhaul close to my house. They ended up calling me the day before and telling me they over booked for that location. So I had to go to this location to get the uhaul. They gave it to me for less money per mile, but this location was 12 miles away from my house and 15 miles from my new one long story short I ended up spending more money than I would have.

Do not lie about the levels to return vehicle to proper levels of gas (provide full tank). Do not surprise people with a requirement to pay for gas when they’re paying mileage. Make sure vehicles are free from tagging.

I made reservation a week ahead, of scheduled pick up on day Of picking up they didn’t have my u haul I had to travel 20 plus miles away to pick one up then on the U-Haul truck the lights didn’t work so could not use truck once it got dark it was a horrible experience

They definitely need a customer service course. Trailer was in ok condition I was worried when I got it but it did it’s job
