Went to drop off at 12:30pm and the guy WASN’T THERE. I called and he told me to just drop the trailer while he was at an appointment. He said he would email me the final receipt in about an hour.

Pick up was no problem. I have rented from this location before and has no problems before, but this time when I showed up to return the vehicle, the gentleman behind the counter was nothing short of rude. Did not offer me a receipt or to inspect the vehicle or take down the final mileage. When I asked him to please do a final inspection and provide me with a receipt all he said was that his system was down and he couldn't do that. I asked for a hand written receipt and he also told me he couldn't do that, so I left waiting for a email with my final receipt. When the final receipt was sent to me via email, the charges were wrong. I got charged for 4 days instead of 3. I call the center and the same gentleman answered and when I attempted to explain the situation he immediately brush me off and told me that I had to call customer service at a 800 number, nothing he could do (or want to do for that matter). Extremely rude and short on the phone, no customer service whatsoever. I called the 800 number and after being on hold for 12 MINUTES!!!! A very nice lady answered took my complaint and said she would talk to a area manager and someone would get back to me within 72 HOURS!!!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!? 12 hold to get a person to answer customer service, 20 more minutes explaining the problem and then they tell you to wait 72 hours for a area manager to get back to me????? complete lack of customer service! Uhaul needs to analyze the protocols in place for customer service being after this experience, I will not go back to that specific location or think twice before renting from Uhaul at all.

I answered No on the question about vehicle cleanliness because the interior was filthy with dust and dirt. I know the facility is in a tow yard type area and dirt is everywhere but it would not have taken 15 minutes to wipe the interior down and clean the windshield inside and out. Otherwise I'd really like to give this place five stars. I'll rent again but I'll ask them to clean the interior first! ;) Use them with confidence.

I've never rented a U-Haul before, and being 22 years old I usually get a weird look from any rental places. However, my experience with this location was nothing short of excellent. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you so much for being so pleasant during my new experience with uhaul..

8 miles I already get a gallon fuel in and still get charge for 1.5 gallon gas . 8mile kills 2.5 gallon gas. That is unbelievable!!!

My CONTRACT said to drop it off in a certain location, that location said they were full and redirected me to another. I called U Haul and they said they would credit my account for $10.00 and, to take it to another location. U Haul did not honor either the contract or, crediting my account. I am disappointed in them and their business practices.

This store provided the worst Uhaul experience that I have ever experienced. I have been a customer since 1970. The person was working the cash register was forcing each customer to pay a cash deposit of 50 to 90 dollars for each contract. The the guy said dont worry we will apply it to your rental and settle up with you when you bring the equipment back. Many customers did not bring with them that much cash, he declined to service them. Every customer had a valid credit card that they presented. If you didnt pay the cash even though you had a good credit card the guy would not rent you the equipment. Then all of a sudden the computer went down and they guy says he cannot figure out another way to rent the equipment. Then announced his computer was to be down for 2 or more hours and sorry cant rent you any equipment. I had to go to a difference location to rent a trailer. Steve

I received an email saying 'Not returned' and then 6 minutes later received the receipt for the contract. I'm guessing the first was automated, but it was slightly alarming. Otherwise, all great service!

Was somewhat disturbed that I was re-routed from Ventura to this place and first impression was that it was kind of "rough" (tow yard)...HOWEVER...once I got there, and started to interact, the staff was VERY service-oriented.

Truck was perfectly functional, but not washed. Self-pick-up process was not set up properly, so I had to call a phone # to complete the process, and the 24/7 agent was attentive but seemed nearly as unfamiliar with the process as I was (it was my first time using a self-pick-up service for a rental). Upon return, the parking spot for the truck was not clearly indicated (when I picked it up, it was blocking a gate).
