To be honest, the truck wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't bad either. There was mud on the floor when we picked it up, but that didn't affect the truck. The prices to buy straps, mattress cover and bungee cords were reasonable.

I dropped off the truck after hours. The return process was easy and I didn't have any trouble. The parking lot where I dropped the truck off was very small (especially for a 26 ft truck). I cannot provide any additional rating for interaction with staff or the location other than the parking lot size.

Spent an hour and half trying to get past the 1st page and spoken with 5 people before I was able to get my keys out of the lock box. Then I was charged full price when I feel like I shouldn't have been. Very frustrating! I will never pick up a uhaul online again.

The check-in process led me to believe everything was ready to go and when I arrived I had to take pictures of my license along with a selfie. This could be added to the process before arrival and I would not have been confused, freezing cold outside, and trying to figure out how to find the code to unlock the key.

I will say that the "lift" on the rolling door to access the trailer was very difficult to maneuver. Not sure if it just needed oiling, had some rust or was somewhat bent so didn't track smoothly but it was difficult to roll up and down.

My first 24/7 pick up and I will never do this again and that's if I ever use Uhaul again. Got to site about 10 minute until pick up time and it was 10 minutes after pick up time before system would allow me on. II called 3-5 times to get assistance changed user name and password twice and they gave me a username and password and it continued to go to one spot and loop me back to beginning. after 3 1/2 hours they sent me to a different location and when I got it was a storage facility and had no trucks! I was driving home (I am now 2 hours from home instead of a half hour) and I called in to set up original location for the next morning and the young lady informed me the address I had been given was the wrong address and I should have been given a different address! She transferred me to someone else who reset truck to original location and said she had added $50.00 off. Picked up truck 8 AM next morning no problems. About noon. we realized we would need a second smaller truck to complete the move. Called the original location and they had smaller truck but when we got there they did not know how to write it up and refused to just add the second truck to our original order. We did not complete our move and will have to wait a couple of months to finish move. It ran us $150 for labor waiting for second truck which was refused but could have been there in time to save the wasted labor without the refusal for the second truck. Oh and the $50 discount we were promised we never got,

The issue I have is there was ice and snow piled on the truck. It snowed several days ago and wasn’t cleared from the truck. I then figured I’d just grab the ice scraper out of the truck and do it myself. There wasn’t an ice scraper in the truck. Went inside the location and asked for a scraper, was given one but was then given attitude when I left the scraper in the truck and didn’t return it immediately. I then drove on the highway and ice and snow flew off the top of the truck and into other cars. This is clearly and issue and I believe against the law. The store should be responsible for clearing the truck completely of snow and ice, not the customer.

I would never in my life recommend doing the online phone check in service with Uhaul to anyone! It was a complete NIGHTMARE!! Had my reservation confirmed, get there and call and my app and online both kept saying I had no reservations and uhaul hung up on me 4 separate times, was there for over an hour on the phone until a well educated person actually did their job properly and helped me recover my key for my reservation. Never again! I was treated so poorly on the phone and waiting over an hour until someone with brains could help me was so uncalled for! Being hung up on was so disrespectful and poor customer service!

Oxford Car Care was great about letting me know about the availability of the trailer I needed when someone else cancelled their reservation. Very friendly and courteous. They took care of our reservation changes and check in with a phone call.

The app doesn't work well. Share location function didn't work (yes location was turned in). Picture function was klugy. And a $20 fee to turn in the vehicle? Confiscatory. Overall, uhaul is not a good value
