Did online check in and still waited in line for 55 minutes to get the truck. We were over charged and they credited some of the over charge back to us but not all of it. We used the truck for less than 2 hours and put 12 miles on it but were charged for $20 over the amount. They had one person working desk and another from the garage area came into help but didn't know what he was doing and over charged us

I was told where to sign, handed a contract--and shuffled out the door. No guidance on when/where/what time the truck needed to be returned. I made the mistake of assuming that what I was told on the phone was accurate--that I needed to have the truck back to the drop-off point by 5pm. When I showed up at 4pm I was informed that a late fee would be applied...yes--I should have read the contract...but I guess I expected to be able to believe what I was told. My assumption cost me nearly 50 dollars. Also, when I made the reservation--I reserved a 10 ft truck, but 2 days before my move...it was changed to a 14 foot truck. The person on the phone made it sound like they were doing me a favor as the cost would be the same...not true. Bigger truck means more cost in fuel. And I originally reserved a 10ft truck because of the small space that I had to get the truck into. Very frustrating to reserve--and pay--for something different than originally agreed upon.

I signed up for a 15 foot truck 2 months ago. I arrived at the location to pick up the truck to find out they had given it to a person with the same last name. To try to make it right, they gave me a 26 foot truck! I had to drive this for over 7 hours and it was an extremely rough ride. I had to spend extra money on tools as well as gave and insurance! This was not my fault!

The unit/trailer they gave me looked like it was 25 years old, it was shorter in height than the newer models. This affected my ability to load the trailer with mattress and box springs

There was a discrepancy with the mileage charged. I should have check the odometer against the mileage listed on the contract but I didn't. I drove (according to Google Maps) a total of 4.8 miles) I was charged for 47 miles. There is no way I drove that many miles.

Disclose full rate. $19.95 per daybecame $56 with the mileage addition. How about disclosing it as $19.95 plus the actual per mile rate. Only use for one hour, charge me two days, and three transactions on my bank, called four days for refund, the agent even don’t know how to proceed the process. Very unhappy.
