I was charged a cleaning fee and I brought the vehicle back in the same condition as I got it, which was clean. My wife and I both called the location trying to get an answer for the reason for the charges and was told they would call back and never did. I saw where many others complained about this location doing the same thing to them on the web site after the fact. They really need to be reviewed to determine if they are committing fraudulent charges. I’ll tell as many people that will listen not to deal with them.

I returned the truck early, outside business hours, and as always made sure the truck was clean. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee and the location owner will not talk to me about it or fix the situation. I will NEVER use this location again. WORST I have ever used and I have used quite a few.

The owner of this location never gave his name. He was a very rude, hateful person. He made an accusation that the person we had to do the driving had stolen a moving tool from the truck. The gentlemen had his own Eq. He is the moving business himself. But the U-HUAL PERSON went up to his truck and grabbed his tool and yelled at our worker accusing him and his wife that they had stolen. Then he yelled at me and threaten to call police. He finely stopped yelling and gave small apology with no sympathy in it. Also the people working for us are well liked and respected in the city and tri-state area. Never again will we use this company if they allow people like this to be associated with them.

Key after hour box was just left on a porch not secured to anything and someone could turned upside down and remove a key and take on a joy ride. If they wanted too! I was nerves about leaving key but didn't want to be charged for another day.

Main Street motors was a little cramped for space so I had to wait around while they moved trailers around to clear out a hole for the one I was returning. There was some construction going on so I figure that will be better soon. Everyone was helpful and I would use them again.

This guy charged me $25.00 for sweeping out the back of this normal sized utility van . I used totes for, the most part, to move my apartment items (which is why I didn't even think of sweeping the back of the van.) I drove the van a total of six miles and took out insurance on this van; if he felt he should have made more money, then he should have charged me up front more money. I brought the van back the night before, it was due back, and I topped off the tank - even though I just drove six miles. I would have sweep out the van if I had thought I moved something that would have made a mess in the back of this van. Again, I think this guy just took advantage of me by charging this outrageous $25.00 - it was more than the $19.99 dollar daily fee for the van, that is criminal, IMO.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee, and the vehicle was totally clean. All I hauled was a mattress, box spring, and bed frame. There was absolutely nothing left in the van and I was told if it was returned with a full tank of gas and it was clean there would be no additional charges so I was shocked to see that I was charged a cleaning fee. It was my first experience renting a u-haul and it was dissapointing because of the shady way I was billed for a cleaning fee when there was zero cleaning to be done.

I regularly rent trailers to haul furniture or large items like appliances that I can’t fit in my truck. This is a major low cost convenience for me because I can have a box trailer to use without the hassle of upkeep or storage of owning one. The last two rentals have had items left in the back. Some were small like screws but it is something that I have to clean out to ensure it doesn’t damage the items I am hauling. My last rental didn’t worry me until it got dark. Both the rental agent and myself checked the lights during the day and everything seemed fine. Flashers, brake lights, turn signals, everything checked out. I didn’t realize that the actual tail lights that come on with the vehicle lights didn’t work on one side. Luckily I wasn’t going far and traffic wasn’t heavy where I was but it was still a little concerning to say the least.

The origional payment was 19.95. I gave them $100 to hold bcz i didnt have a card to put on hold. And when i went back to get my change, they gave me 11$. Plus i had ro refil the van. So i went in expecting to pay milage and the van fee, but paid that and some. No reciept either so i basically cudnt see what i paid for exactly. Never again.

Truck was in poor running condition. We were given what we believe based on renting in the past a 15' truck and told it was 17'. However the main issue is that we were given the truck on empty (e light was on) the man gave us $10 to get it back to where it was supposed to be (quarter of a tank - no way that happens with only $10 for a uhal with that money it was still on e just the light turned off). After moving our furniture we put $10 more back in the truck which put it at more fuel than when we got it. However we were still charged a EZ fuel sales & fuel fill-up service fee totaling $62. We shouldnt have been charged these fees since we returned the truck with more fuel than we were given it with. When I called the company the man got real nasty with me right away for even asking about it and got into an argument with me constantly cutting me off and not letting me finish what I was saying. Needless to say we did not get the issue resolved through him and would like it addressed and refunded what we're owed. Order number is 29544392

It wasn't you it was his equipment. His computer kept failing to accept my credit or debit card and after an hour plus being there waiting I finally had to lay cash. Both of my card's were fine, they worked everywhere else so there was no excuse for it to take over an hour. Which out us over an hour behind traveling.

Egu. was not ready to be picked up. Blocked behind other trailers. No customer service upon return. In 40 years of renting from Uhaul this is the worst. Sad.
