Since it is a gas station rather than a real U-Haul location, this location was incredibly confusing to find and figure out where to drop off everything. Additionally frustrating was that I needed to return a purchased furniture dolly because my contract still showed a furniture dolly rental when the pick-up location had none available.

This location was not initially aware of the uhaul drop off and told me i was at the incorrect place. After they accepted the drop off, I told them that the truck was the incorrect length from what I reserved. Their response was to take my concerns to uhaul customer service.

Made a reservation for a drop off at different location. Was told that reservation was cancelled. Regional office was suppose to call me back. Never did. Called corporate sight, lady said it was my fault.

The man at the store was nice, helpful and quick. Given I just walked in on Labor Day without a reservation, I really appreciated that he was there. I'll definitely go back to him specifically given his service excellence.



I requested a dully and blankets for furniture online with this truck rental and the place they booked my truck didn't have anything!! It was a total inconvenience. The place with the truck rental was friendly and very nice service.

Educate both your on-call customer service and local sites on the Self-Check-in Application, especially its Steps to Check-in and how they relate, validation of the 'Show this screen to rental facility to release key' (site had never seen it before), as well as your own customer service representatives who have never seen the 7 steps and app. Also give your customer service reps the power to call the sites to confirm release.

Gas station/convenience store with single employee running U-Haul operation and store. Store customers were given preference over UHaul customers. Employee walked way from me on at least 5 occasions to check-out store customer. I used express check-in and it took 1 hour to pick-up truck. I ordered 24 blankets and location only had 18, but still charged me for 24. Employee was very unfamiliar with operation of UHaul software to complete transaction. He told me my credit card was invalid and I needed a different card. I gave him different card and same issues. Unless you have an hour to pick-up a truck, avoid this location. The guy who walked in behind me, had to wait until my rental was complete before he could start his rental "paperwork" On the plus side, truck was very clean. U-Haul needs review the operation of this location and provided training to this location to ensure proper service is given to its customers. Until that happens AVOID THIS LOCATION. There are many other locations nearby.

Despite my having made a reservation online, they messed up the contract, including changing the drop off location and initially trying to double charge me. I was told the drop off location didn't matter, that I could drop it at any location, but I was later told this was wrong. Also, did not do a walk through inspection (wouldn't leave his store) and the fuel level was not what showed on the contract. It started at 5/8 whereas the contract said it was 7/8 full.
