I needed 2 dollies for my moving. There were not any available. I spend 30+ min to receive the keys of the truck. I was not asked driver license. The person that deliver the truck was using the facemask showing his nose.MIGUELANGEL G.

Uhaul rescheduled the booking at the last minute. I got delayed by 4 hours due to their irresponsible and unprofessional dealing. And didn't got all the dolly's inspite of booking in advance. Will not recommend it to anyone.Sapan J.
The on-line reservation and rescheduling system was one of the worst experiences I have had renting a truck/vehicle. I made a change and the system 24 hours sent me a location change that was not asked for so a call should have been made to confirm and secondly the location was completely on the other side of a major city. This issue will definitely make me reconsider renting from U-Haul using the on-line systems.Dennis V.
Unhappily, we kind of redid eveything I had done on the Web earlier during the week, which took me hours because de website did not let me add a damage protection and create an account. I had also called that week to try to add the damage protection, but the agent could not do it either. My complaint really is about the Website, not about the location and its personnel.julie V.

I choose this location specificly because the website was offering ti pick the truck at 9h00 using the website check-in. The day before, the owner called me telling me that it was not available and that I had to pick up the truck at 10h instead. During the current pandemic, I choose Uhaul for the check in without contact. I was very disappointment given it was advertised to me differently. bad experience.Jonathan M.

I could not get into my account, on my mobile. After phoning Uhaul and waiting a very long time, the only thing the person told me was to log into my account. This was after I explained that I could not get into my account. She put me on hold and after a while the phone disconnected. I was extremely disappointed with this kind of service. Fortunately the pick up place opened an hour later and the nice person there gave me the truck. I had to pay my movers an extra hour.Sam L.
Our truck was not there when we arrived, the 24/7 app was not working. The truck had a dirty mask and Kleenex in it. When we went to return our truck at a different location through the 24/7 app we could not scan the bar code. When we called U-Haul customer service the reps were no help at all, and were quite rude. I have 3 issues, 2 with the location and one with service: 1) there was no signage that indicated that this grocery store was also the location of Budget Rental pickup/dropoff. only one little dropoff box. 2) I reserved an appliance dolly, and they had none available. I was told to go to another U-Haul location to go rent one separately. This put me ~1h behind on my already tight schedule for the day. Very frustrating. 3) Also, I don't understand this location, as there is a full U-Haul rental and storage location right across the road. Why not send me there?Vince R.
The location was pleasant. My experience was dampened when my van was double booked. I was supposed to pick up at 2:30 and the previous customer was running late. I understand that and was ok to wait until 4 to pick up. I arrive at the location at 4 and am told it's booked for someone else and told to call uhaul. I was on hold for 40 minutes before it was resolved. Made our day much longer than it needed to be.Tara M.
