Would not return to this location. First of was charged for a dolly that I never got or even ageeed to . Manager Ashley accused me of taking a dolly . I don’t understand why wouldn’t they take their customers word. I asked them to check their so called secure facilities camera footage to prove it but apparently they don’t have cameras upfront. Was charged the wrong amount twice on top of the hold they put on my credit card and they were wondering why my payment is not going thru the third time ( keep in mind I was already close to maxing our my credit card which still had enough to cover for my rental) Told me that after going thru all that that if I don’t pay I would be sent to collections ! I take my credit score seriously and after giving them my credit card info in advance ,was about to be sent to collections for their system having troubles processing the right amount the first time . Was also told that they would put me on thing called e alert which would stop me from renting from u haul in future for something that was out of my control( which was more like a scare tactic ) It Was the third time renting from this location but never had to go thru this fiasco maybe incompetent staff and the management . I called and Paid them off on a Wednesday for a rental returned on Sunday . Paid for the dolly which I never took I guess that’s the cost I have to pay to not deal with this location however following up with corporate over this incident. Not going to say names of the staff or manager but they should show a little bit of trust in their customers.

After walking in to rent a Cargo Van there were 2 employees sitting at the desks none of which acknowledge me in any way even though I was the only other person in the office. After exactly 8 minutes, they asked me what I wanted and walked away. She came back 10 minutes later to process my rental. After I returned the van, I wanted to pay on my debit but may "contract was lost" so they charged my credit card 4 days later. Anyways, this place has horrible customer service, avoid going here if you can.

Agent was very rude from the very beginning. There was no good reason for him to do so. I didn't want to buy insurance, that should not be a good reason for him to that seriously rude with me! I was little late to reach there that should not be the reason either as I finished receiving the car before 5 pm! It was his personal racist mentally that I felt the reason to be that rude and mean to me. U-Haul may consider to improve their training of their agents in order to make them more friendly and well-mannered to all kind of customers whether he/she is a new immigrant or non white.

My only feedback was that the cost was higher than I expected. Uhaul does an effective job setting their clients expectations that the smaller rentals can be had for $19.99; though I would wager very few spend less than $40. It would help if you were able to lower the cost of the insurance and better explain when it should be added. Going forward, I will recommend uhaul, but with the caveat that a $20 rental will cost closer to $60.

Over an inch of ice on the windshield of the truck that had been rented to me. They did not supply me with an ice breaker/windshield brush, I had to make a request. To de-ice the windshield and take off all the snow on my truck it had taken over 20 minutes. It had not snowed in 2 days prior to the pick up, and therefore there should not be any reason I had to do this myself, other trucks wear clear. Very disappointed in the upkeep of your equipment. I have used u-haul many times before, I honestly would not recommend this location to anyone, and I doubt I will use u-haul again.

The truck wasn't very clean, and the doors were difficult to close, and the driver's seat was very difficult to move. Worked ok, but needs some TLC! The guy working there was great. Sadly, didn't catch his name. He was there early, and got me on the road in no time.

Uhaul has a range of outlets that offer both the best and the worst customer experiences. They need to look st their corporate model so that the same level of professionalism and level of service is offered at each site. Other large companies do it (Home Depot for example) so Uhaul can achieve this consistent level of service too.

Funny how uhaul is willing to loose a customer who spends hundreds of dollars every week on rentals just for $10. Can’t believe because I am a couple of hours late, of which I stated would be the case upon pick up, and I am being charged for 24hrs. Always learned uhaul was made up of greedy people, now I understand. Last time I ever have to do anything with the name uhaul.

Customer service not the best...!
Proprietor was extremely friendly and very nice. If the vehicle had been cleaned off for me since it's winter that would have been better it's a big vehicle and I had no brush for the snow. The proprietor gave me his to borrow but it wasn't long enough since the vehicle was so big. When I started driving I found out there is no washer fluid. it's winter in Canada this is pretty much a mandatory as of October 1. The proprietor apologized on drop off.

I have to give an average rating to this location only because of the service that I received from the man checking us out. we had a self checkout for 7:30 but showed just after 6:30 before the office closed at 7:00 just in case there were issue. Even though no one else was there to be helped, the man was very rude in the beginning. No very good customer service at all. I was very disappointed.

Don’t hang up on your customers when they call after receiving the emailed receipt to ask questions. I specially called to ask why my bill was nearly 3 times more than the advertised 19.95$, when I only asked to rent the van for 2 hours. I returned it in less then 2 hours, versus the 4 hours that I was billed for. My bill wasn’t pro rated whatsoever. I cannot believe that your customer service rep hung up on me, when they are working for a large multi national, Representing your U-Haul.

The young lady was very helpful, great customer service.Was in the next weekend for additional help and the young man was as useless as they get , we felt like we had interrupted his breakfast.We were trying to rent another trailer and asked for direction to another uhaul and we were told "you have and IPhone don't you" never been so frustrated with an individual who was so rude.
