As usual, I went to the location specified in your confirmation email and they didn't have the truck I ordered. The employee told me I had to go to another location to pick it up and I wasn't even notified about that. Thankfully, there was another smaller truck at the location. I don't know how you can run a business like that. It's not the first time that this happens. Absolutely appalling! Next time I'll go somewhere else

The person who was to serve me showed up almost 20 mins late, didn't serve me right away, made me wait while they took their time. Rude as well, did not explain or talk about the rental and the conditions at all. As well as not only was I promise and reserved a 15 foot truck cause a 10 footer was unavailable when I got to the location as the person handed me the keys they decided to then tell me that they did not have any trucks, just 2 Cargo Vans. I was a very very angry and disappointed customer. I will NEVER rent nor will I ever recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!!!! I am still very upset from the experience UHAUL gave me.

This place was awful. When I went to pick up my rental truck at 10am from Fall Family Furniture the employees would not even acknowledge me. After waiting 20 mins with no communication from the employees I was handed keys to the truck. Once finished with the truck I dropped it off at Fall Family Furniture and gave the employees the keys by 2:30. It took them four days to close my Uhaul file. In that time I was getting calls from Uhaul headquarters asking where their truck was. When I called Fall Family Furniture to figure out why my file was still open, they responded that I needed to drop the truck off at a different location which they never communicated or emailed me about. They picked a different drop-off location so they could charge me $40 extra dollars. So I asked for my file to be closed and brought up the point that they had over charged me. The employee then hung up on me, when I never raised my voice or used any foul language. This place is terrible and they will screw you out of money and time. I recommended to never use this place.

Seemed strange to see only one piece of equipment on the lot - the trailer I was renting. But not a problem.... Not specific to this site but I was surprised and upset to find I was charged for the "safe tow" insurance which I did not want and remember not selecting for this contract. Not sure how it ended up back on my bill but I am annoyed that extra charges seem to default as included rather than excluded. I really object to getting sucked into paying for things I don't ask for.

Awful location, very uncomfortable feeling. Staff wouldn't inspect truck with me upon drop off, and barely said a word to me unless spoken to directly. Feels like a money laundering centre more than a UHaul centre.

The whole thing was very unprofessional. I was supposed to get the truck at 10 am and the place was closed even though it was supposed to be open. I had to wait 30 minutes until the employee showed up. I told him that truck was for 10 am and he didn't apologies. After that, he wasn't able to login to the U-Haul site to print the contract. After 15 minutes of extra wait, his boss send me the contract through email. Long story short, I waited 45 minutes to get the truck... Avoid this place.

I booked my trailer on line from a site near where I worked for pick, I received the confirmation email. In the morning I received an email indicating that it was pick up at a different location and time, I went on line to try and confirm and it was another hour out of my way. I had to call the toll free number explained the problem and was then transfered to another toll free number. The person on the phone arranged to pick up on Merivale Road. I don't think I will book online again I wasted too much time trying to resolve the location problem.

Store was dirty, the guy didn't so much as say hello to me, and took his sweet time processing the paperwork, even though |I sigen up for '|Express service'. I booked this truck well in advance, an out of town move, for seven am, pick up at Coventry Road, and they send me a text the day before the move telling me to pick up the truck at ten am at 1023a Merivale. That is not what I paid for or expected from Uhaul, and the cheap $50 coupon they sent me, not even a phone call back, won't be used as I will rent from Enterprise next time I move, they have always given good service, unlike Uhaul who can't be trusted with your move.

No option for interact payment, authorized dealer seemed to have little knowledge of process, took excessively long and very inconvenient. This location reinforces my concerns that U-Haul authorizes too many dealers that are not properly trained or care to be trained and makes me very hesitant and reluctant to rent from them again. I had chose a reputable dealer for pick-up but it was changed by u-haul the day before to this location. Unfortunately that makes u-haul fairly unreliable.

Website, flashing sign on door and hours on door all indicated 10 am open time on Sunday. Store was still closed at 10:45 am. I called and the employee said they opened at 11. I indicated that I was right outside and it clearly said it was open. He said "we open at 11l and hung up. I waited until 11. Went in. He would not eve make eye contact with me or tell me what was required to check the truck back in. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.

Very poor customer service. Attendant didn't acknowledge us, until after 15min of waiting in the store. The van was must have been used to transport small livestock or Hay, because it smelled like a farm inside the van. The van also had cardboard all over the floor, left by previous user.

The rep was very unfriendly. Calling me Sir does not make him a nice person to deal with. No greeting. No courtesy. Who ask a customer to go and park the truck where I found it? The place is a run down furniture store. I'll not be coming back to this location.

Get a proper mileage estimate for the trip beforehand. I'm currently dealing with a massive over charge because the clerk didn't want to revise the mileage estimate. Customer should not be pushed to sign unless the estimate is done properly.

Inside of the cab was not as clean as I like. Had to wait to be served as the owner dealt with non Uhaul business. Truck tires not suited to a Canadian winter.

There was initial confusion as when searching U-Haul on Google, this location doesn't appear and the confirmation email isn't terribly explicit about the address either. We were told by an attendant at another location where to go. Arriving at the correct location, the business owner didn't open in time, and after showing up at least half an hour late didn't even greet us, let alone apologize. There were people outside asking us for change and leaving our car outside while filling out the paperwork was quite unsettling. Stopping in at a dedicated U-Haul facility later in the day, we were told that the carbon paper attachment on our keys should have been removed by the location attendant. The truck was great, and the people at the U-Haul storage facility were very helpful, but I really do think you need higher standards for your sattelite pick up locations.

THERE IS NO EXREMELY POOR RATING HERE!!!! This was the worst UHaul Experience I ever had. The Person at the location I picked did not co-operate well. I book my truck via phone and pick up time was supposed to be 10 am but for it was showing 11 am for him I had to wait half an hour in -2C outside for the person to show up. While checkout his machine could not accept my Canadian Debit card and I had to pay with my US Credit card which charges me additional 3% plus the exchange rate. The truck he gave me was absolute piece of crap. There were pieces of torn boxes and plastic bags and the truck was smelling like POULTRY and shit(literally) My wife puked after we unloaded our stuff. There was mud, gravel, salt and sand all over the mats and no lights in the cargo area (all broken). To Top that the person tried to loot me by making me fill more gas than it was marked. Also, the start odometer reading was incorrect. When I was like half an hour late he tried charging me for the entire day unless I show him a photograph of incorrect odometer reading and shut up on my complaints. This was the most horrific experience with Uhaul. I am not sure why I spent 83$ on a service that is so crappy that it might be better in third world countries. I am probably not going to use Uhaul ever again unless this is heard. I will never use that dealer. If Uhaul can't provide a good service in these areas they then they shouldn't be doing business here.

Do Not Use This Location!!! It took 45 minutes to get the vehicle even after online check-in was completed. Attendant did not know how to process the intake and called his supervisor for step by step instructions. Vehicle was full of old cardboard boxes. Vehicle information did not match the vehicle registration and attendant said 'not to worry'. At return, attendant again did not know how to process payment and tried to charge us for extra gas because he had input incorrect information. Another 50 minutes to close account!! Unacceptable service! Vehicle worked and we were able to move our stuff and final cost was correct. Again, not recommended!
