The vehicle was not clean at all and I had to wipe down. We also had to stop along the way to buy window cleaner to clean the inside window as when the sun hit we couldn't see for the grim. Other than that it was a seamless rental and we were very happy with everything.

Be more dependable. It seemed like I was always updating my reservation. I had enough stressful things going on. Every time I thought I could put the truck issue behind me, I would get another email with wrong conformation information again. A lot of my time wad spent on the phone. On the 30th through the corse of the day, I spent about 3 hours on hold. The whole time hearing “make your reservations now, be prepared. Why you don’t keep reservations, so why say be prepared. U- Haul caused me a lit of stress. I am sorry that I did not understand how your operation worked.

It always takes way too long to get through checkout. My friends came to help me and we ended up waiting for over 30 min to get our truck and all the paper work done. When they are the ones volunteering their time to help me move. Then they couldn’t find my truck. I’m sorry but it should have been ready and waiting. VERY disorganized. I’ve also waited forever to wait to drop my car off. They don’t seem too concerned for customer experience or even their job

While this location was overall acceptable, after I dropped off the unit, I received an automated message a few days later telling me I never returned the unit. After phoning the location to try to sort this out, and essentially being blamed for the incident and not having 'correct information' (even though I presented the info I had available to me and at drop off I was told a receipt would be emailed to me for verification, that never came), they eventually went and checked their lot and phoned me back to say "sorry it was here and not logged correctly" and that was it. Now I understand that mistakes happen, but to blame the customer and waste my time 1) to phone in and wait on hold 2) to be transferred and defend myself against blame and 3) to be phoned back only to say "sorry" is very off-putting to me. Not sure what else I would have liked to have happen to remediate the situation, other than it being done correctly in the first place, it did not make for a pleasurable experience, adding to all of the issues I had in attempted booking and pickup to start at other locations.

The employee at the front desk had terrible customer service and no professionalism. He complained to me about working early, swore, and was generally unhelpful. On the plus side, the employees outside helping with picking up the truck were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Needs to be Customer service Reps to book out vehicles. The lineup and wait is far to long. It was also not advised to me that a Major Credit Card was needed to book a cargo van. I did my booking on line and no indication was made and the booking was accepted. When arriving at the location was the first time I was informed.

Was disappointed that the 12x6 trailer did not have a jack, this was very inconvenient as we could not remove the trailer from the hitch once it was loaded but the uHaul location and experience was great otherwise!

The truck was dirty to begin with, there was no walk around inspection and even though I work for a non profit there was no discount for moving homeless and at risk people. Overall I was very disappointed in the whole experience. You can do better!!!!
