This is literally the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. You have the worst return system after hours I have ever seen in all the companies like this I have used. I know your a terrible company as it's 2019 and your company does not monitor it's Twitter account of customers in serious need of help. 2 hours on hold to get a basic issue resolved. I have made sure to explain to all family friends and co-workers the terrible situation uhaul put me in. I can assure you even if I was offered a million dollars I would never rent from you guys again. Absolutely disgusting that a company from 1949 or 59 can't help customers in a reasonable Manor. One of the tires had no air in it. It's not hard to add some air and I am very capable but when you're paying per kilometre and you have to detour to hit up a gas station, it's a pain. We checked the truck for existing damage, never thought to check the tires before leaving the lot.

Better communication with coordinating trailer pick up. Had issue with scheduling that required follow up on my side. Several calls and visit to location. Wait.time at location more staff working. Staff at counter was polite and helpful

This location gave me a truck with a bald blown tire on the outside driver side. This is unacceptable. They put everything i own and furthermore my life at risk with their negligence. Inspecting your trucks properly would be a start, before you kill someone.

They don't have enough staff........we waited forever and had already booked and given our information and they had to do it all over again....the saving grace is that the fellow who served us was funny, honest and made us feel comfortable......he did his job well and it wasn't his fault that we had to wait so long....

Found it frusterating that it was not clearly or easily explained that you cannot pay a cargo or truck rental by debit. I ended up paying significantly more than expected to rent a larger truck because for some odd reason you can rent a huge truck with debit but not a smaller vehicle. I was also told I would recieve money back but rather I had to pay an addition 20 some dollars. I also was not able to return truck via online process and waited on hold to just be told to "come back tomorrow just leave the truck there". Was not impressed and will no longer be using uhaul for small pickups. Guy at the desk this morning was very friendly though but I felt bad for him because line was huge and you could tell other customers were unimpressed by lack of desk attendants.

Not only is your survey lacking and shows you really don't care about customer service (just paying lip service), but your actual on site customer service is abrasive and some of the worst I have experienced, consistently.
