It would be good if there were more associates working so that vehicles could be ready when reserved. It was 45 minutes past the time I was to pick up my rental because there was only one person working. After going out to where he said the truck was parked, it was farther out in the yard and hadn't been cleaned off. Frustrating.

If you are using the before hours pick up and the truck isn't there find an alternative before the int arrives. Ensure trucks are maintained with windshield washer fluid and the wiper blades are maintained

Thank you for the hidden fees. Was told that I would be okay for a 400km trip and when I came to return the truck a paper is flashed in my face saying I went over because I only had an allocation of 150 km. no honest people left in business

Booked a 6x12 trailer from 3636 Innes rd however they did not have any and reservation was switched to Coventry rd causing some confusion Overall thankfully 5x8 was ok and rented from 3636 Innes rd An email would have been good when this happens Maintenance / client rep was excellent and a very positive fellow Dan van der Grient

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul, not that others have been bad, just that this time was exceptional. An employee named Brandon proved himself to be quite an asset to your company. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will be using uhaul again in the near future and look forward to the peace of mind I gained through this last experience.

I was a little surprised. When I arrived, we'd had freezing rain overnight. The place was open, but no salt applied to the parking lot. I was handed the keys to the rental, which hadn't been started and was iced over. It also had no snow brush or scraper. Overall the truck performed, but getting going took half an hour more time than I'd budgeted for. Also, it may be time to upgrade the keys. I ended up locking it in the cab - my thought was to leave it there so I don't lose it, not knowing the doors would lock automatically...very dumb "feature".

Cash area too far from door and unnoticeable, customer service was poor, was not told all the appropriate information regarding the contract. Van was still dirty aswell.

I had the good fortune of getting my truck on a slow day so someone was there to help me right away and as I had pre registered check-out was fairly quick. In my experience when waiting behind customers who have not pre registered the process is painfully slow. Perhaps consideration should be given to priority service for those who took the time beforehand to use the pre check-in service. The line waiting can be excruciating and applies to all U-Haul locations I've used.. Not only this one.

Did not open on time and we had movers waiting for sometime. Others waiting as well had waited even longer than myself. Had signed up for a mobile pick up and that wasn’t ready. This location I hear is notorious for not opening on time. Will pay extra next time I move to not deal with uhaul on Innes Rd.

There were two young lads working and it was not busy. I rented a van and when I asked which van it was they said not sure you will have to walk around. Seriously, one is helping me the other one was playing with his phone but he can't go out and bring the van up front. I went out and started the van to warm it up but I accidentally locked the door. I went back in and they said they have no spare keys. They called the manager. The managers response was it up to me to call a towing or a locksmith and at my cost. They would not help me I looked at the contract and found that I had road side assistance. Well guess what even though I had never left the store they still wouldn't help me. I had to call road side assistant. At least they were very helpful and dispatched a tow truck company to come and unlock the van. They also called me afterwards to make sure I was well taken care of. As for the store manager you should go on customer service training and know your contracts. Since road assistance was part of the contract and I hadn't left the store they should have dealt with this. Poor service from the store but great service from road side assistance.

Key holder for store was 25 minutes late for work and had a crappy attitude. Also- reserves this vehicle online, only to be told that this location does not have vehicles available outside of opening hours. (Why make that an option then?)

Service at counter is very slow every time I attend. This is not a reflection of staff, but more of the system U Haul uses. I worked at U Haul in the early 90’s and the process has not sped up despite the technology. The DC I rented was useable, but would not have been considered “ready-to-rent” when I worked there. There were old urine smelling blankets in the back left over from a previous renter. When I rented the truck, I was told it was outside either at the front of the store or in the back yard. Needless to say, I found it deep in the back yard eventually. I remember driving the truck up to the customer where we then explained the workings of the truck etc and did a walk around for damages. This was not done and left in the customer’s hands.

I rented a truck last weekend on the Sunday morning. Staff was late getting there. I had to open the frozen door for them. Truck was not easily identifiable. I slipped on the ice and injured myself. Had to go to the doctor. All documented. The truck was not warm nor cleaned off from snow. The truck doors would not open. The truck stalled in the parking lot. Overall a terrible experience.

Mohammed & Barrak at Innes Rd were great! They helped address the absense of a contract that Donald at Coventry promised to forward yet didn't. Overall, Melanie at Britainnia was wonderful help and extremely professional. Mohammed & Barrak also worked well under pressure to prepare a truck, complete a contract & fix a mess created by Donald, who suggested I was abusive in asking for parking & then, called me an "asshole". So, two very different appraisals. Very impressed by Innes Rd & Britainnia; not by Coventry. Thanks, Peter

Actually tried to drop off at Stinson fuel down the street, Horrible customer service.. Personnel was very rude at this location and would not allow me to park the vehicle there. I spend 30 mins on the phone after hours with customer service and just wound op leaving it at the main Uhaul location. Really displeased with the amount of work it took to change the location by 2 blocks..

When we returned the unit there was only one person serving customers and there was a line up. I had to take pictures of odometer reading and gas. As nobody was there to check the truck upon return.
