on your website when I enter Orleans where you have a big location and a small one, I beleived that it was the large on, when I got there both agent were on the phone for a long period only to be told that it was the small location at the gas station, when I got there was toldthat the person in charge was not there and had to wait 15 minutes to be served

The man at that location did not even ask me for my name and for the reservaion number, he said immediately there was no reservation. I had to ask whose reservation was the truck outside, he said it's a one way. I said I am the one who reserved it probably, one way to Montreal! He didn't even make any sense. The man was rude, unprofessional and frankly I will never deal with Uhaul at that location anymore.

We checked out by phone and just wanted to know where to leave the key. The fellow insisted we go through the whole checkout process with him, including adding more gas, which based on the picture of the gas tank from the check out we took, wasn't necessary. Mostly though, we wasted our time doing the check out again. Why offer fast mobile checkout if the people receiving the vehicles make you check out again. If I rent from UHaul again, I will not use this location.

I need my money back. You charge me twice. At this date, no refund yet. Also, no make sense to have the truck with half tank gas. How I can put the gas after my rental period?

1. I called the morning of the pickup to see if we could pick it up at 3:00 instead of 4:30 and was told that we could. When we went to pick up the truck, the uhaul rep was not there and had to be called in which took about 10 minutes. 2. We were told the gas gauge was at half so to return it at half. When my boyfriend got going with the truck, the gas gauge was actually almost at the quarter mark so that cost us extra money for gas. 3. The rep at the Innes road location told us he would give us an extra 100 free kilometres over and above the 97 kilometres included in the base price. I got an invoice yesterday for an extra $12 because we had more than the 97 kilometres. 4. Because of these two things, the truck ended up costing me about $50 more than it should have.

Service was very rude. I was waiting for a while and other customers that came in after me where being served before me. Every time I tried to ask a question I was told to just wait. There were also old doors left in the back and fear of being charged I disposed of them myself. Also the customer before was treated the same. She wanted to put more gas in the truck and they told her no. She was even willing to pay for it as she was given only 1/4 tank and they told her they aren’t going to add more gas even though she was will to pay for it herself. Found this to be odd as it was a gas station. I would not recommend this station to anyone. Guy here didn’t even do a walk a round of the truck.

1. Employees were clueless about the mobile app. 2. I was over charged for gas even though I got the gas tank at 1/8 and brought it back at 1/4. 3. Customers service took 35 minuets to pick up my call. 4. Employees wanted me to pay again after I had done my return on the app and did my payment with the app. 5. Finally got a rep told me they resolved the issue still waiting on my refund. Rep said I had the truck for 3 hours and they charged me $89 for an additional day, plus extra charge for gas. I will be calling back to inquire about my refund. Poor experience and I’ll never use U-Haul again.

I am absolutely appalled by the truck Uhaul gave me. I was doing a cross border move to the US and reserved a truck for the main Uhaul depot. To my surprise the confirmation email the day before stating my pick up location would be a Stinson Fuel on Innes road in Orleans. I show up the next morning on time, and find a mind sitting outside a sketchy looking gas station smoking on a chair. I walk up to him he doesn't even look up. I ask if this is the Uhaul place, he mumbles something and walking into the gas station. I follow him in. He calls something and speaks in another language. I wait and wait. He hangs up. I wait some more. And then I ask what are we waiting for. He says he has to call the owner of the gas station who was supposed to be there and since he's not there we have to do everything over the phone. After about 30 mins of waiting the portable phone he’s holding rings while he’s filling up a customer’s car with gas. He walks over and says this is for you. Now I have a guy on the phone who confirms my booking. Then he asks for my credit card information. I said why would I give you my credit card I don’t know who you are. He says you can’t get the truck if you don’t. I’m shocked at this point. I need to truck to move to US the next day. They convince me to give the credit card. The print the confirmation on a crappy printer and the words don’t even show up well. There is only one truck at this location and we walk over. The guy just hands me the keys. I say aren’t you going to inspect it he says no. I open the truck look in the back, its dirty the didn’t sweep it. I go inside and the truck is filthy. Cigarette ashes all over the dash board. The dirtiest truck I’ve ever seen. He says it’s the only truck here. And he’s walking away. I say to him, aren’t you going to check the gas level? I ask for the dolly I ordered, he goes into a dirty shack and digs out a dolly. I drive off and notice that the truck is extremely loud, so loud you can barely here the passenger. I have to legit wipe the inside of the truck was Lysol disinfectant wipes because its soooo filthy. My who trip the truck was extremely loud, especially when I stepped on the gas. I finally make it to US and return the truck to a real Uhaul depot. Two Uhaul workers lose their minds when they see the truck. The turn in on, press the gas pedal and lose their minds again at how loud it is. They figure out that the one of the exhaust was blown. The check the inspection date of the truck and realize it didn’t get inspected when it should have. THE UHAL AGENTS CONVINCED STATED “THIS TRUCK WOULD NOT HAVE PASSED LEVEL 1 INSPECTION.” THEY URGED ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH UHAUL. THE GOT ME TO TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF THE TRUCK TO PROVE EVERYTHING. THEY EVEN SHOWED ME WHERE THE INSPECTION CHART IS ON THE TRUCK THAT SHOWS IT WASN'T INSPECTED WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE. I expect to hear back from Uhaul.

Both times I rented a uhaul Truck, I had to wait approx 20 minutes for someone to arrive that could handle the rental. I would recommend that all employees at this location be trained to handle truck rentals to same their customers time.

They are not accurate with Fuel estimated on Departure or on arrival. When I left I was told the tank was just under a quater tank. As I left I realized it was near the red line and I should have to add fuel. I have a photo of the gauge as proof. So I had to add fuel twice. Upon return I was bullied into filling the tank again to over a quarter, yet they record only 1/8. All in all an extra 20$ in their pockets. This is a crock and I had being nickled and dimed. Also there was supposed to be 100$ credit on my account from last year's fiasco in Montreal that the Pres of U-Haul Quebec had promised me and its nowhere to be found so I had to pay the full amount. Finally as an experienced driver I can tell you the truck was very tired and I'm happy this was only a local move. All in all I would not pick U-Haul again.

When I rented the usual I was sent to a different location 20km away and told I had to pay for the extra km and that if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere. Stinson fuel advisedvme that the Coventry should have waived those extra km. I had to come back the next day to get a tuck at the location I wanted . Next time I will book way ahead and us Discontinue Truck rental instead as their customer service is excellent and when you rent at their location they don’t send you across time to get your truck and charge you extra for t D’où g their job! No I would never use haul again nor would I recommend you.

Horrible experience tried to do self check out. But agent refused to allow me and said that online thing is stupid. He said he had to do it manually and waste his time. He also told me to go some were else. Horrible experience would not reccommend.
