I rented an auto transport for a classic car. Unfortunately, the car was to narrow to fit on the ramp. I wish I had known that BEFORE I rented. Instead I wasted my time. I will say the person who helped us out was wonderful, if not this would be a zero star rating.

I picked up an auto trailer & the individual that did the hook up failed to secure the excess wiring for the lights. It came apart & by the time I had made my first stop to check my load, the connectors had been ruined from dragging on the ground. This caused an unnecessary delay in my trip because I had to stop for repairs.

Your customers service need better training and workers at the location need to learn how to deal with customers and not act ghetto like they are out in the streets when they speak with customers. I will never rent from there again nor will I recommend anyone to that store. Disgusted with their customers service non professional way of dealing with customers.

There was no attendant present at the checkout lane when I pulled up. I had to walked into the store and all 3 employees were busy organizing and sorting merchandise inside the store. It seem as though I was interrupting them and I did not feel welcome.

A written or spoken warning when renting that these trucks must stop at agricultural inspection stations. That would have avoided a cop pull-over

The online check in was glitchy and would not allow an iPhone to take the required photos. We switched to another phone and finished check in. We went to pick up the key inside and the staff seemed very unorganized and has no idea what was going on. They couldn’t find the key for the truck of the customer in front of us, they parked another truck directly in front of ours as we were inside picking up the key because they had no idea it had been rented. The appliance dolly we prepaid for was not waiting for us and we had to keep telling them that we had paid for it already. Not the smoothest experience at all.

Terrible experience. Rented a truck and the app glitched and wouldnt let me pick it up. Was on the phone for 3.5 hours after my reservation trying to retrieve my keys. Never using uhaul again

I was incorrectly charged for fuel I did not need to refill, and I did refill the truck I rented before returning it. The staff was confused most of the way through the process, I was given incorrect information, and noticed not all employees were giving the same instruction to customers in the store at the same time as me.

Horrible location, terrible experience. Piss poor customer service all around from the front desk to runners outside on the lot. Rented a Penske truck the following day and happily paid more.

No customer parking. Only for 15 mins. I left my car parked in their truck parking. That's why I gave it that below average rating. Overall, the customer service was quick and exceptional. The counter person requested a colleague to load the truck with the necessary equipment. He left. The counter person found, he didn't do as told. He said it was too hot to do that in Spanish. The counter person loaded the truck and told me, it was ready. Another thing, too:. I'm trying to get a copy of my itemized bill after service. Can't from my dashboard.
