I thought you could drop off equipment at your nearest destination? Why all the hassle ? Had to drive 7 extra miles for drop off.

Staff was playing around, looking at their phone distracting the lady putting info in computer. Apparently she put in the wrong serial number to the tow dolly I was renting because when I returned it they could not locate it.

What is the point of putting all my information in online then when I get there I have to give it to her all again? I ordered supplies for my move and they couldn’t even tell me without me asking three times how much I ordered. I didn’t write it down I assume they would know and have it ready.

I spent over 30 minutes trying to disconnect the trailer, I had to take the receiver out of the truck and bang it to get the trailer to come off, then, I was charged a late charge because I couldn't complete the check in process on time. While, I asked an employee for help, she told me to jump on it...

The drivers seats was awful. It slanted to the left and when you would hit the brakes it would slide forward and the back when to hit the gas. Also the drivers door was very hard to shut. You had to really slam it to get it to shut. This is the worse truck rental I ever had. And the mileage charge is way to much to be charging.

The truck needed wiper blades n the front end was to loose your maintenance personnel need to do a better job with the maintenance n will like to get credit for one day because I returned the truck a day early n I didn’t use all the miles that I charged for thank you

This was a fiasco. Registered online to avoid lines. Get there and there are 2 lines with appx 10 people. I asked an outside employee what the process was as I did not think I needed to be online and also called the 800# and both said to get in line. So a 5 minute process took 40 minutes. The employee who finally made sense of it then proceeded to make me feel stupid because “ I should not have waited in line”. Never again U-Haul!
