I was really impressed with my rental experience at this location. The truck was in immaculate condition, the dolly was very sturdy, and my pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient. The sales associate was very helpful and helped me choose the best location for drop off. My online reservation experience was so easy and everything was coordinated very well with the location. My Uhaul reservation was planned and scheduled 1-2 months prior to pick up. We always updated immediately on any changes in the dates. The day of we called to confirm pick up and location. Which had switched from our original and preferred pick up location about 30-45 minutes away from us. We arrived to the new location and after an hour wait are informed that the person returning the truck called in before us and reserved an extra day. This was not relayed to us during our call that morning and could have saved us a trip and hour wait. We then had to wait to be rescheduled to a different pick up location later in the afternoon, causing us to lose valuable move time in the morning. In returned we received extra mileage and $50 credit.

The trailer was clean only because I asked that it be cleaned. It had a lot of mulch left from a previous renter. When the attendant told me “OK, you’re ready to go”, I asked that the trailer be cleaned so I would not be charged a cleaning fee.

You cannot trust Uhaul. Uhaul takes unauthorized , unethical payments from their clients accounts. When you have a issue, Uhaul is unclear, neglectful and gives you the runaround. I have already been in touch with my attorney as well ad my banking institution to get this handled. I currently have a 558.24 due to a 26 ft truck rental having battery and mechanical issues. A roadside assistance agent orchestrated for my truck to be towed due to the issues. Now I am being charged for the tow that I didn’t order. In addition, they have charged me for a auto car transport that could only be returned if the truck works. I have been in touch with Uhaul customer service throughout my entire experience and I was continuously assured that I wouldn’t be charged for any issues and precautions concerning the 26ft and auto car transport. Yet here I sit $558.24 stolen from my account.My experience with Uhaul has been incredibly horrible. I spoke with Rebecca Carrol and she hung up on me, avoided my calls and has acted incredibly unprofessional. I cannot believe I have gone through hell and back with this uhaul and then to go through this. I am ready to take legal action l, because I have yet to receive a response.

Management shouldn't shout at workers un front guess nor pass the buck on an other location for their error instead of taking care of customers needs and also check whether truck reserves 8days prior is in working condition before the day of expected pick up so customer can be informed in advance about availability. Wouldn't recommend to any one.

Made a reservation at a different location and received a confirmation number back. A day later I was contacted and told that the truck I reserved was not available at the location I chose, and the only one available was 45 minutes away (on the other side of Orlando (for a Friday 3 PM pick up). Apparently uhaul does not understand the concept of a reservation/conformation number. I was not allowed to drop the truck off at the location I chose when I made my reservation it had to be returned 45 minutes away. Now to the new location.. waited 45+ minutes to be helped, after spending the extra 45 minutes in travel. That's an 1hour and 30 minutes I will never get back. The truck was dirty and full of cigarette ashes definitely not the service that I have received from the winter park location or the Sanford location. I will never return to 3500 s orange ave location. Plan and simple, worst service I had ever received in my life (not yet location but uhaul as a whole). 5 Negative stars, 2 thumbs down, or however you want to rate terrible.

had a truck which showed empty in gas, asked person at counter, he said he could not help if other customers did not fill it with gas. so why did I have to put gas in? I went and put gas and gauge was busted. put gas again upon returning it. I thought I would be running out of gas. not fair to customers (me also).

I understand I should read the contract more especially if I have to sign it but if the staff is going to explain that when I return the truck after hour where to park the truck and also tell me where to place the keys I feel they should also mention that I need to log one and mark the truck as returned... I was charged for a whole 2nd day when I only had the truck for a hour and a half... when staff returned in the morning the seen the truck and keys why charge me a second day that I am extremely pissed about..
