Picking up the truck in Orlando went well. Everything ready and we were in and out in no time. I will Rate it a 10. Dropping off the truck was another story all together. Our receipt instructed us to drop off in Cape Canaveral. Well there are two stores in cape Canaveral according to Haul on line site. (the contract (receipt ) we had did not specify nor did it have a contact number to the particular store. It went to some general office and took about 20 minutes to get somebody who then put us on hold for another 15 minutes and THEN hung up on us. We went to the first site and that site was no longer a U Haul site it was a Thrift shop and was closed. We then attempted the second site and again this site was now a real estate office. We finally found a Mobil station (drop off site) and left the truck there. The girl at this site was very helpful. However this was after 2 and 1/2 hours of driving around, being put on hold, being hung up on and we were very irritated. I SUGGEST that going forward you will provide your customers with a confirmed contact number for the drop off sites so arrangements can be made and confirmed ahead of time. Trust me, if we ever rent from UHaul again I will NOT leave the store until the drop off agent is contacted in front of me and said agents confirms location and contact number. I will rate this experience a Minus 0.

The equipment (the trucks that I saw) were clean, but while I was there another customer had an issue with two different trucks leaking from the rain; and when I got my truck the tire pressure sensor was not working which was displayed on the dash. When I told the representative he told me he knew about it already. BUT he hadn't told me about it prior to me actually getting into my rental. So I cannot say that the trucks are "Well Maintained."

Employee informed me of wrong drop off time, resulting in me being charged for two rental periods. Manager could not be reached and did not resolve the situation. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and training of the employees.

I had discrepancies with the terms of my reservation and the staff did not even attempt to listen to my explanation. In fact, the representative cut me off when I was explaining what happened. As a customer, I understand there can be misunderstanding. However, it is inappropriate for an employee to not listen to a customer's explanation, and interrupt before the customer had the opportunity to explain the situation. My reservations were made based on strict timelines and the way your employee acted, leads me to believe that the managers or owners of each center do not care about the customer's needs and take advantage of the situation. This experience occurred at the following U-Haul location: 3500 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806. I have used U-Haul for majority of my relocation needs and this was by far the worst experience. Because of this experience, I will absolutely look at alternative services.

This was the polar opposite of the pickup location. Andrew Kahn greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant throughout our interaction. I was worried after my challenges with the booking process, that I'd had to call several times receiving different information, and of course by my experience picking up the equipment.

Andrew who who did the start of the rental and the young man who checked me back in are just AWESOME!!! They are courteous, professional but personable!!! ALL employees should take a lesson from them as they are truly a GREAT representative for your company!!!

I personally don't have any "ways to improve" recommendations. I love that your hours are so convenient, you were the only location available for what I needed though out of my way as far as convenience and available equipment. Online reservations is definitely the way to go, it sure cut back on wait time.

I reserved a 10 ft. Truck and when I got to the location... 15 minutes later, they were giving it to one of their acquaintances or friends. I was stuck with the larger more expensive 15 ft. Truck .not cool.

I have taken the appointment at florida mall U haul but when I went there, they said that there is no vehicle available. I have to drive another 15 mins to get the vehicle at another location which is totally disappointed me and labor came to the house but the vehicle is not available due to delay in going to another u haul store. I have to pay the extra amount for labor. And they said that they will give $50 credit for not arranging the vehicle on time but when I returned the truck they said that they will not give any credit which is too bad. I will not recommend the Florida mall store to friend at all.

The manager and staff was not helpful in finding another truck. All I was offered is what was at this location. Not friendly service at all. When the manager called about the reservation I had he did not leave a message ( I was running late to pick up the truck) as a result he gave away that 26 foot truck I had reserved. Had to settle for a 20 foot truck to move a 4 bedroom house. The manager nor the staff helped to find a replacement truck. It wasn’t until I got home and looked on U-Haul.com that I found A 26 foot truck just miles from this location. Not happy at all, will not recommend U-Haul to friends or family instead I will rent from a different company.

They completely messed up my reservation. I have a truck reserved for 1:30pm, arrive at the location and they tell me that my reservation was cancelled and that they have no truck available for me. Send me to another dealer, they give me the truck from 2-5pm. They charge me extra because I returned the truck late, that is not a ethical thing to do as my reservation was made a week in advance for 8 hours and it somehow got canceled. I have email proof of all my reservations. Overall, very stressful for something I figured would go very smoothly.
