Waited 1 hour for service. Human feces and toilet paper at drivers side door on ground, Truck frozen in and buried. Not clean. Not ready. Janitor tried to dig out. Then I tried to dig out. Had to call my staff and truck on their day off to come dig me out, brought sand/salt but ended hooking a chain to hitch and pulling it out with one of my 4x4 trucks. Plastic wrapping garbage left in back. Incompetent staff. “We weren’t expecting this weather”...THAT WAS 1 WEEK AGO!!!! I had to dig out a rental van during the winter while owner was beside me blowing snow?? Totally ridiculous! Never again! I have it all documented with time stamped photos and an interesting UTube video in the making. I tried a last minute booking at nearby locations but everything was booked - post secondary student move out days. I expect a refund to cover the cost of my employees and use of my company truck!!

Making sure the location is open for service during hours indicated. Making sure someone is working who can answer any question and provide the service required ex. Follow instructions for rental dates as reqested. Not leaving janitor to do the paperwork as he is limited in the knowledge of the company.

I am being charged for 24 blankets that are folded in the back of the truck. Your agent didn't want to come out in the bad weather and go over the truck with me. I told her the blankets were in the back on the shelve.

i reserved a 9 by 10 with a ramp when i got there they didnt have one i too another one didnt realize there was no ramp..could not use the trailer for the purpose it was booked waste of time and money. the previous person used it to haul wood i had to clean it out before i could even hook up to it.the sign sad $15 for dirty trailers that should be given to me. i am a regular uhaul customer my needs werent defintly not met

The truck was disgusting with what appeared to be ice cream smudged on the inside of the windshield, I assume this because of the child's glove that was still in the truck. I was given the wrong closing time and as a result I had to drive 25 miles one way the next day to get my refund. The first attendant was rude and the second one had no idea what he was doing and kept trying to charge me for a truck I was returning to get my refund back. I am not pleased with the service at all and I will definitely not use this outlet again.

When we called the 1-800 number we were told the pre-arranged drop off location was full and we would have to drive an additional 45 minutes to drop off the U-Haul trailer. We were naturally extremely frustrated to be told this, after a long day of packing and unpacking furniture. After an email and two phone calls, there was a mistake made at dispatch and we were able to drop the trailer off at the orginally agreed to location. Added stress we didn't need after a long move.

Two locations I went to drop off refused to take a return trailer. The third location took it but the parking lot was so icy and poorly maintained and organized it was very difficult to maneuvered my 4x4 pick up in their parking lot. It certainly added to the frustration of moving.

Well I. Had requested to drop off truck at Stouffville location When I was ready to drop truck off I reviewed my bill Only to notice I had to drop in Hampton on tauton Rd Which made me have to use more miles, which was not what I had requested So I don't think I should have to pay for Those extra miles Sincerely Susan Wyborn Also when I dropped off truck there was no one at location to check truck upon drop off. Only spoke to someone on phone, so overall I was disappointed Thank u Susan Wyborn

The Uhaul i had reserved was not available when i went to pick it up. The vehicle I had reserved was to do a test in which i defaulted on and am now out $150 and can not do now for a month. Very dissapointed in this service, never had an issue before and that is why i chose Uhaul. I would like to be contacted back about this matter because there is obviously a flaw in the system and would hate for this to happen to anybody else. Great service, however, I would have appreciated if the drop off location was included in my final order. I ended up at the wrong location for drop off and had to pay for the 2 miles I went over driving to correct drop off location.

We ended up at the Orillia location after a disastrous experience at the Gravenhurst store, where our rental was originally booked. Upon arrival we were informed the stores internet was down and they were unwilling to release the trailer or make any effort to assist us. The staff at the Gravenhurst location were belligerent and rude. By contrast, the Orillia store staff were a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to help solve our problem.

The mileage and gas was not correct. We were charged on our credit card and the store owner made manual adjustments to fix his online U-Haul system and gave me $20 cash back which was not correct as I went out to review this with my spouse who is s Chartered Accountant and said the guys calculations are wrong in which we went back in and showed him he was charging us too much with the mileage. He said ok I’ll give you another $20 back to even it up which should’ve been a bit more. The store manager was very rude! I definitely do not recommend this location. He’s fudging his books/records. He should not be trusted.
