The process for unlocking the vehicle with my smartphone was unnecessarily long and complicated. The tech was also clunky. Even though I’m a young person I would have preferred to just go in and get the keys from someone than go through that again.

An employee got such and couldn't come in, so another had to cover last minute and the location opened a half hour late. There were a lot of people waiting for a long time to get their trucks.

It was not the location that was a problem it is that I had to re-arrange all of my travel plans because the trailer I rented was not available on the day and time I reserved online. Then I had to change the pick up location of the rental as well. It created a lot of undue stress to have to find a way to rearrange everything and make it work.

Because of a mistake on the employees part our reservation time was shifted 2 hours earlier than we wanted it to be. To compensate for this we changed our moving plans to try and get done earlier and not have to pay for a second day of rental. We were able to do so and I literally returned the truck and keys before 10:30 am (they were due at 1pm). The really disappointing part of the story starts here when the location I dropped the truck off at just sat around doing who knows what for 5 hours until 3:00pm when they marked the truck as returned and charged us an extra $50 for a second day of rental that we didn’t ask for, want, or even use. Very poor experience, I will not recommend either location to anyone I know.

We had a 24/7 truck pick up and the key wasnt in the box and the only reason we could get the truck is cause we caught someone leaving and they had to search for this because you didn't even contact them. We left 30 minutes after we were supposed to.

Poor customer service when reserving the truck. I was told to pick up t 800am. No one showed up until 9am

poor costumer service, manager not helpful and charged 27$ of Fuel in a wrong way. Find a better way to drop off routine. Managers like those from this store can easily do things like that with the after hour droff system. Already have a file reference on against them to refund my 27$ .

The associate who helped us was very efficient and helpful. My only complaint is that we could have used assistance getting the trailer hooked up. Otherwise, all was smooth and easy!

No one was working the yard, only at the desk. Plus, I had to pay for an extra day because they're only open until 5pm, and they were in Orem, not Pleasant Grove.

The rep did not go over charges before charging card. She overcharged us and stated she would do a refund. We still have not received our refund for her mistake. Would not recommend.

The self-service return did not work for me. We need a receipt and an adjustment of $50 bc the reservation was changed last minute but this was not reflected on the receipt. Please call me. Thank you!

I had a 15 foot truck for 3 hours and was charged 310 dollars.. The orginal rate was 50 dollars. They had told me I could drop it off at a different location and when I did I was charged an extra 250 for not taking it back. Then they said they couldn’t help me because they’re just a dealer and not an actual store. Worst service. The girl I talked to told me she was the supervisor but had no authority to even look up my account?

The exterior of the building appeared to be clean and inviting. I returned the truck on Saturday, May 18th at about 2:00 p.m. The business was closed, so I didn't see the inside. I called the number listed as instructed in the rental contract when I was ready to turn the truck in. Instead of talking to a live person, I spoke to a phone message machine. Option 5, which I pressed gave me the option of recording a message. It seemed to imply that I would get a call back with instructions on how to return the vehicle. I waited over an hour and got no call back, so I drove to the location and left the truck and keys there. My recommendation for improvement would be to have a live person to receive the returned rental on weekends or change your recorded message to make it clear that no one is going to call you back on weekends. The truck was clean and well maintained, and had plenty of power. It was just what I was looking for.
