Van was dirty, inside and out. The agent accused me of bringing it back dirty, but she was very nice when I told her I picked it up that way. Other than that, both mother and daughter were very nice and I was in and out quickly.

When I pick up the U-Haul the lady took forever. I estimated 22 miles pickup and delivery from my sister house to my house. I found out that they double charged me on my credit card. They told me I drove 75 miles, its good things I have my son with me as my witness and I took picture of the mileages before and after. I have contact U-Haul and American Express to dispute the charge. I'm waiting for U-Haul manager to call me and correct the issue. In the meantime, I don't recommend doing business with this place.

Truck was dirty. There was a lock on the back and never received the code had to call the location. No ramp. It would be. Ice to have tie downs inside or told there was nothing. Had to remind clerk I ordered a Dixon blankets

Location was supposed to be open at 7:30 but didn’t open until after 10 which delayed our trip considerably. The cabin smelled excessively of smoke. The left hand mirrors would not hold her position and the lower one was broken . They marked or gas at almost 3/4 but indeed was barely over 1/2

when I pick up the uhaul the person was very friendly but when I deliver the uhaul the person took for ever and I was not told tht they charge me double as someone was waiting she even chuckle cuz I got over charged . I was in the process of moving and was trying to hurry cuz I had ppl waiting for me as well .

I won't be returning to this Uhaul distributor. When beginning my initial pickup, the woman told me to do the entire online confirmation process when I later learned she would've been able to help me in person. Also she never gave clear instructions as I was never told I needed to fill up gas tank upon return. The person receiving my dropoff at the end of the day was rude as well, he rolled his eyes when I asked if I could change the card I was paying with.

The man I rented from this location was amazing ! I wish that you whole self check out to the app was a bit more efficient . This was the third or fourth U-haul then I rented with in 30 days and renting it through the app was nothing more than a pain in the ass . U-haul had my license on file and I had to send a picture of either me or my life since at least three times. Took way too long . You shop haul U-Haul should have my license on file after I rented to avoid this ! Incredibly frustrating

The van was given to me dirty. When I returned, the incredibly rude and arrogant representative threatened me with a cleaning fee if I did not sweep the van. I used the van for 10 miles and moved a bed. How could I have dirtied it!? I was in a hurry so he intentionally took his time just to prove his power over me. I would avoid this place like the plague. It's filthy and Mario should be fired

Common sense - receipt shows I drove 21 miles and then I was charged for 8 gallons of gasoline although I added a gallon because I anticipated mpg approximately 20. We were told we would get one rate and were charged a different one. The mileage was wrong (25 miles over) and they charged my card the wrong price multiple times. Please have a manager call me or email me to correct the issue. I've never dealt with such terrible customer service before. This was supposed to be a breeze and instead it was a hassle.
