The equipment I received was in poor condition. The inside of the truck was dirty and somebody had spilled a soda down the side of the door and it was nasty. The take-out bag and wrappers were laying in the floor where somebody had thrown them there. The seat was very uncomfortable and sunk to the right side, the arm rest was broken and could not be lowered for me to use it and the lid on the arm rest was broken and banged against the back of the truck making loud noise for the entire trip. The truck listed to the passenger side when parked on level ground and was empty and the steering pulled to the right. The back tires we almost bald and I got into rain and the truck tried to slide off the road and I amost could not get it to come back to the left. The gas gauge did not read correctly as I filled the truck and it only showed 3/4 full. I saw an extra charge for gas and I parked the truck with between 1/4 and 3/8 of a tank, however nobody was there to check it in and I don't understand why I was charged extra. This is not the first time I got a piece of equipment that was less than desirable for a long trip and I may have to consider other venders in the future.

Tell the customer the truth that you don't have the 10 foot trucks to rent... I had to get the 15 foot truck on the day of moving.

Made a reservation for uhahaul and even received a reservation confirmation number. Upon arrival to pick up truck the reservation could not be found!!!! Wasting a couple hours and lost movers do to the neglect of the incompetence of the employees and there knowledge of the the process!!

You guys need to look at your tracking policy. I dropped this trailer off the exact same day I acquired it. I even called UHaul to make sure I was following correct procedure. The lady on the phone told me to leave it at the designated location and take pictures, and then call Monday morning. I did all these things and was told that it was on site. Now I get emails and bills saying I didn't return it and that I returned it late - none which are true. Get your act together!

Have correct inventory on your website. The UHaul website listed the auto transport trailers at the Cleveland, Al S&S location, however after I confirmed the registration through the website to pick up a trailer (which was listed as limited quantities available) it was changed to the Oneonta Sears. The people at the Oneonta location were great in getting everything going. Please make sure locations inventory is listed correctly on the website, luckily it was not a huge inconvenience this time, but I have had family have to travel to Birmingham (about an hour in the wrong travel direction) because things were registered and confirmed in Cleveland and they actually did not have the inventory to fulfill the order.

They charged me for an extra day and I returned the uhaul back before my 1pm drop off time. They charged me another day for insurance and charged me for gas that I had to drive 35 miles out of my way to pick up uhaul. I Called 8 times trying to get my refund and was transferred to different people. They charged me $126.00 then over $80.00 when I dropped it back off. No one wanted to take responsibility for the mistake. Everyone I spoke with had a different opinion on why I was over charged. DO NOT USE U-HAUL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

We were supposed to pick up our truck in Birmingham, AL. Instead, we were forced to drive an extra 65 miles to pick up the truck. Terrible experience with Uhaul. The gentleman at the pick up location was nice.

I have used U-Haul trucks in the ovation with excellent service and satisfaction. Currently I made a U-Haul truck rental reservation, #25670666, for pick-up and return today, Sat. 4/15/17, at your contracted service location in Oneonta, AL (local Sears store). My clear understanding was that I could pick up the truck at 8:00 AM. I received NO email, text message, or cell phone call to inform me that because Sears didn't open until 9:00AM I could still pick up the truck at eight by retrieving the keys from a concealed location that should have been communicated in advance. Finally at nine AM when the store opened, they apologized for the mistake and immediately showed me where the keys had been left. This delay was totally unsatisfactory. I had three hired moving helpers waiting an extra hour, which cost me an extra $60.00, as they were paid $20.00 / hour each. It is my understandable opinion that I should rightly be reimbursed for this totally unnecessary expense. Thank you in advance for your consideration of my monetary loss in this matter.

I am very easily satisfied. But however this experience has not been the best. It's not all with this location. 1st I went online to reserve and did so. I chose online to pick up the van at the Oneonta location. Uhaul emailed me back to pick it up in Blountsville, Al. Why? So I just went to the Oneonta, Al location and then they told me the reservation was all messed up. After several phone calls made from them and myself over the course of the rental to clear up the issues. Finally I felt a ease about it all. I just returned the Uhaul back to the Oneonta, Al location and then the uneasy feeling returned. They tried charging me for fuel! I already put fuel in the van and actually returned it with more than what was in it when I rented it. The only thing that saved me was my pictures that I took at rental and the return. I feel if it wasn't for the pictures it would of been totally different situation. I feel like the Uhaul rental system overall could use a overhaul. I will look at other options for rental in the future. Not saying I won't be back. But this has not been a great experience.

When returning the truck the associate did not bring in the blankets that we purchased for moving. My husband who has had a stroke wheeled them back in the store. For that I was not happy. We probably had the truck 6 to 7 hours and I think there needs to be a price set for such a short amount of time that it as used. I know in Birmingham the 20 and the 26' are the same price. But overall we were pleased
