The fuel tank was not topped off completely when I picked up the truck, but I was led to believe it was full. When I replaced the fuel the end of the day, I thought I was supposed to fill it up, and was very frustrated to find I was adding more than I needed to. I ended up spending about $30 more before I realized it. I believe this is unfair and uHaul should refund the extra fuel I added. This should be easy to calculate as photos were taken of the gauge and of the odometer by the previous driver as well as myself.

FIX YOUR APP!! I was stuck in an endless verification loop for over 30 minutes. Finally had to call customer service because your in app chat bots are actually the worst thing I’ve ever encountered.
